it was unpleasant and unhappy
Pros:

its was close to knotts berry farms

Cons:

upon walking into the room i was greeted with the smell of cigarettes, i am a non smoker! the counter tops were sticky, there were holes in our curtains, bed was sagging in the middle. multiple walls in room was missing paint and scratched/banged up. the bathroom towels were very small. smaller then a regular sized towel. and when i told the front desk about the room smell there was no room for discussion or a resolution.

the room is really clean and new. and the hotel does the daily clean also

Stay anywhere but here
Pros:

Stayed two nights, won't stay here again. Should have listened to the reviews but trusted Best Western, won't do that again. Pros: air conditioner worked. Receptionist on check in and check out were nice. Cons: drugged out lady seems to live on the side of the building, people kept getting stuck in elevator. Front desk had sign saying be back in 10 minutes and a ring doorbell that seems to be ignored when you actually ring it. Saw housekeeping all the time but the rooms and grounds stilled seemed like it needed a good deep cleaning. We were woken up at 7am to the sound of a generator that ran for three hours. The generator ran a power washer, seems like they hire out the parking lot to do mobile car cleaning. There were no security locks inside the room only the dead bolt that employees can open and an employee that stop and look through each window, didn't feel safe there.
