sleeping in the medium of i-90 would be more comfortable
Pros:

good luck trying to sleep. the ac seemed like a unit from a ww2 army surplus store. every time it kicked on it sounded like someone driving a truck through the wall. beds were so hard that sleeping on cement would seem a step up. we’ve stayed at many garden inn's and it was fine, but this place is horrible . then comes the breakfast ordeal. i think they cooked the food the night before. definitely will never stay here again.

Excellent customer service outstanding amenities
Pros:

Rented a Suite and King room to host our mom's 76th birthday! The property is absolutely gorgeous and so very clean. The front desk staff; Lance, Chris, and Matt were always present and helpful. Great snack and drinks selection, in the lobby. Had the breakfast buffet each morning, which was delicious along with great conversations with our servers each morning, thank you ladies! While the property is a home run, it really is the South Dakota hospitality of the employees and GM that sets this HGI apart from so many others around the country. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Sioux Falls.

One of the front desk ladies wasn’t very nice, didn’t act like she wanted to help us. Also didn’t like that you couldn’t have the AC on continuously and they have it so you can’t change that setting, so it got hot.

The pictures of the rooms are deceiving and not for this hotel. They are for a different location.

Friendly staff and fancy.

Cons:

I used Booking.com and reserved a room for $116. But when the date got closer, they changed the price to $229 without authorization from me!!!
