Bad
Pros:

Well I had ants in the bathroom on the walls on the floor some roaches and they made me leave for half an hour so they can spray I needed a handicap room which is for my dad he's in the wheelchair the from there everything went bad

Cons:

They could have accommodate me or ask me to solve this problem, basically I was traveling with my parents

Never stay here

It was a room

Cons:

The floor was squishy, the toilet didn't flush, and the tv was on when I checked in which made me wonder why? The moron at the front desk gave me 1 room to check (Because it was a smoking room). I went up to check it and 30 minutes later in line to give my approval she gave away that room.

did not meet expectations.
Cons:

there were cockroaches in the restroom and sink when we arrived. the room does not look anything like the pictures it’s super run down and the wall paint was chipped. also had to be cautious when showering because the floor did not feel stable it kept creaking with weight. lastly, pictures on website showed ironing board in the room but when we arrived it did not include it. you had to go down to the lobby to get it plus the iron and pay for it.

Cons:

They closed pool / jacuzzi early than 10 pm as was posted the first night . Like at 8pm. Room on 3rd floor. Didn't have disabled room available . Did have slow kinda scary elevator. Got there at 2pm had to wait an hour. My ESA dog was almost mistaken for a pet. I was told not pet friendly...
