One of the finest places we have ever stayed, the rooms very airy and comfort personified. Check in and out was impeccable service and the staff very courteous. The amenities provided made the stay nice. Rooms are chic and give warmth, right mattress for a good night’s rest.
The start wasn’t great as hotel missed airport pick up due to so called system glitch. The good part was that they owned up to their mistake and did make up by providing great service. The food and drinks were also good.
I had a very pleasant experience at Four Points by Sheraton, Navi Mumbai. The hotel offers a comfortable stay, good hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. The overall service was professional and attentive, making the experience enjoyable.
A special mention to Alok, the personal trainer at the fitness centre. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and provided excellent assistance during my workout sessions. His friendly approach and knowledge made the fitness centre experience even better.
Overall, a great place to stay, especially if you value good hospitality and a well-maintained fitness facility. Would be happy to visit again!

I had been first time to the gym, and experience was great, personal trainer Jillsyon was very supportive ,cooperative, encouraging and she gave me a detail explanation about machine and exercise. Overall it was wonderful experience and definitely I will use gym on my evey visit.
I had a good experience, especially in the gym where the gym coach Alok really helped throughout my workout and guided me for my future gym related queries. Coach Alok is very experienced and treated me in a very friendly manner. The hotel is also very pleasant, after the renovation it has elevated it's interior and overall aesthetics with good food at the restaurants and a fairly good pool area. The rooms are also very good with every lighting and the T.V controlled by a touch screen tab.

A very warm reception at the front desk helmed by Akash, Oendrilla,Mohit and others who take care of check in / check out and make it pleasurable. Excellent rooms newly furnished and restaurants remodeled to give you that extra goodness ! Highly recommended for Navi Mumbai.

Good and friendly staff from the blue sari lady and fancy mustache guy outside to the mangers like Pranay and team of guys and ladies at the front desk to the breakfast staff like Saminksha and Kajol. All staff were respectful and made the trip memorable.
The food is good and so do the service by Loe and Nui at NMBC
