Great experience and homely feeling here .
This becomes a good relief from the usual anxiety from the day.
I appreciate the warmth of the reception staff , Nikhil , Ahaan and others. And the staff in breakfast area - Dhriti , Christina and others. The breakfast is exceptionally good - My compliments to the chefs .

Uma Made My Mornings
I’ve stayed at many hotels, but the breakfast experience at Four Points by Sheraton Vashi stood out for one simple reason: Uma.
Uma is everything you want in hospitality — courteous, professional, and genuinely warm. She remembered my preferences, made sure everything was taken care of, and brought a level of attentiveness that you rarely find. The kind of service that makes you want to linger over your third cup of coffee.
The breakfast buffet itself is excellent — a solid spread with good variety and fresh options. But honestly, the food was almost secondary to how well the team made you feel. I found myself arriving early and staying late just because the atmosphere was so welcoming.
Top-notch service, great food, and staff who truly care. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Vashi.

Pros:

I had an excellent stay at Four Points Navi Mumbai. The hotel is right next to Inorbit Mall, so the location is super convenient for both work and shopping.

The room was spotless, spacious, and quiet with a very comfortable bed. All amenities worked perfectly and the overall property felt well-maintained and inviting.

Special mention to Abhi, Housekeeping Manager — the attention to detail was outstanding. The room cleanliness was exceptional and there were thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The entire housekeeping team under Abhi’s supervision did a fantastic job.

Staff across the hotel were friendly and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and service at the restaurant was quick and courteous.

Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Navi Mumbai. Thanks to Abhi and the team for making the stay memorable.

Tremendous stay
Pros:

Four Points delivered what it promises — no frills, just reliable comfort. Room was clean, AC worked well, and WiFi was fast enough for video calls. Gym was small but had the basics. The only downside was breakfast got crowded around Location is good and staff were polite, but the room showed signs of wear — bathroom tiles had stains and the TV remote wasn’t working. Housekeeping missed replacing towels on Day 2 until we asked. Breakfast menu was limited compared to other Four Points I’ve stayed at. For the price point, I expected a bit more. Hotel has potential if they update the rooms and tighten up housekeeping checks.

Sometimes, a cup of coffee brings more than warmth—it brings calm. Barista, fourpoints gave me that. And Sanjana ( somehow it's was correct) with her kind smile and attentive care, made it even better,God bless you.

Outstanding Experience
Pros:

Everything was fine during my visit. Room was clean, check-in was smooth, and the location works well for Navi Mumbai.

Service is fine overall. Staff were courteous and responsive whenever I needed something.

Special mention to Mr. Avhi, the Housekeeping Manager. He ensured our room was spotless and went out of his way to accommodate requests. Really made the stay better.

Reliable property for business or short stays. Would stay again.
