Very nice location and perfect location for shopping
Pros:

Property was very well kept, staff was extremely helpful and the location of the property was perfect! Everywhere you’d want to go in Akihabara was a 5 minute walk from the Hotel

Very good location, cleanliness needs improvement.
Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent—very close to the train station. The room was spacious by Tokyo standards.
The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, helping us with any issues that arose. Although they didn't speak English well, we were able to communicate using a translation device.

Cons:

I found the level of cleanliness to be poor. There were stains on the carpet, hair on the floor throughout the room, and mold stains in the shower. I was truly unpleasantly surprised; this is not the standard one expects in Japan.
The breakfast was Western-style but the portion was small. The buffet included fruit and vegetables that were not fresh.

We liked the beds and amenities in the room. The staff were very professional and efficient. The location of the hotel is great and convenient. Loved the weighing scale in the lobby.

Pros:

Konumu mükemmeldi. Bir çok metro hattına kolayca ulaşılıyordu. Marketlere; elektronik, kıyafet, ayakkabı alışverişlerini yapabileceğimiz yerlere çok yakındı. Çevresinde bir çok yemek seçeneği mevcuttu. Akşam çıkıp otele yürüme mesafesinde olan yerlerde bile çok eğlenceli zaman geçirilebiliyordu.

Cons:

Tuvalet kapısının sürgülü olması. Otelin asansör sistemi.

I feel upset and disappointed
Pros:

Not very helpful they don't even search for my charger sucks!!! someone take my charger that i forgot still in the plug unbelievable that no one find it.

i just go back to check in just to look for my charger
