Old hotel, rude receptionist, no facilities in the room…
Cons:

The staff were very rude. We had been treated unfairly and badly. First they allocated us to the room which had issue with pipes and there was a very bad smell and the water leak. Then they changed the room to the standard triple instead of superior what we booked. There were no hot water and no facilities at all. Receptionist was very nice with English man in front of us but rudely said to us If we don’t like hotel we can leave…

Un hotel foarte bun, cu oameni minunați!- O alegere inspirată, pentru o vacanță reușită!
Pros:

Hotelul este situat ultracentral și beneficiază de o locație excepțională, în raport cu Promenade des Anglais și stațiile de tramvai, care asigură legătura cu aeroportul, cu Portul Lympia și cu Gara Centrală. Recepția hotelului a fost excepțională, nu numai profesionistă, ci caldă și prietenoasă, oferindu- mi sfaturi de mare ajutor. De asemenea, extrem de drăguț și binevoitor a fost și personalul restaurantului. Vă mulțumesc frumos!

Cons:

M- aș fi așteptat ca micul dejun să fie variat! Ar fi mai confortabil dacă priza ar fi situată lângă pat! De asemenea, poate că n- ar strica o mică investiție în mobilierul camerei și băii, care este cam obosit și ar avea nevoie cel puțin de o mică recondiționare.
