Pros:

A solid hotel with no major complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the other guests were polite and respectful. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The room didn’t face the street😅 it faced the courtyard, and there was no noise.

Lift wasn’t working to found going up and down lots of stairs (as on 4th floor) really frustrating as had a bike and lots of luggage.

Familjärt hotell; centralt toppläge, närhet till restauranger, gatuliv, shopping och bad.
Pros:

Åt ej frukost på hotellet vid detta tillfälle. Förra gången åt vi av frukostbuffén - den var helt ok och höll internationell standard.

Cons:

Att AC:n och kassaskåpet inte fungerade som de skulle när vi anlände till hotellrummet. Detta fixade dock den mycket tillmötesgående personalen (David och Alex) omgående.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful
The room was nice and cool.
The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The lift was out of order. There was ominous offer of help taking our luggage up to our 4th floor room.
The supposedly superior room was basic.
The bathroom was badly designed Ed, there was no bath mat so the bath was slippery.
The shower running from the side wall was uncomfortable to use.
There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Nous y avons passé une nuit. C’est un hôtel plein de charme avec son côté ancien, très bien situé, à quelques pas de la Promenade. L’hôtel est propre et le petit-déjeuner est bon.

Beds and pillows were rock hard. The ventilation and AC didn’t work at all which was not ideal especially not with a small child. It was 30 degrees in nice. Very simple standard of the rooms
