Not very satisfactory.I stay in a lot of hotels and I found this stay underwhelming

Too many pillows and cushions in the room

No air conditioning

Room was very stuffy and humid

When I ordered food at 8pm I was told they didn’t do walk ins, I told them I was a guest and they said I was late .I got a menu about 15 minutes later .It wade me feel my custom was not appreciated .

No EV chargers for a 4 star hotel I found this poor as there was none in town and the car park is huge .

Lovely big rooms, only a few minutes walk to the beach and enniscrone village, friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities.

Cons:

Very warm rooms, fan provided but it was very noisy and the windows don’t open wide.

Pros:

Location. Family facilities and the rooms sleeps 6. Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

We have stayed in this hotel 5 or 6 times. Only fault is there is no a/c the family rooms seems to be warmer than other rooms.
