Very nice hotel with a convenient location. Everything is close by, including restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. We had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

I’m giving the visit a 4.9. The highlight of the trip was the staff. Absolutely incredible and helpful folks. We had a wedding and they were always ready and willing to help. Oscar was an amazing help, as well as the rest of the reception staff. The restaurant food was surprisingly delicious. Pro tip: if you get the turkey club, get it with the chipotle aioli instead of the lemon aioli. Nothing wrong with the lemon, but the chipotle just makes it that much better.

For the room, it was great. I had a 1 bedroom partial ocean view, but that was more than enough. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. They are on the softer side, so if you have back pain, that could be something to look out for. The room was very clean and everything was nice, including the bathroom amenities.

I think the price was right for the location and what you get with the hotel, especially the staff.

There were only 2 downsides. The first was access to the hotel, which is an issue for most of them since Collins is divided virtually the length of the road. The other issue is the bathroom. I liked the bathroom, but due to the design, water did get on the floor. Not a huge deal, and it wasn’t a lot, but the glass does not extend far enough along the tub line. Again, not a big deal but a recommendation for the staff.

Excellent trip overall, and I would definitely recommend the hotel if for no other reason than the staff. I travel a couple of times a month for work so I stay in a lot of hotels and I have never met a more friendly and helpful staff. Great job team!

Going here 2x a year since 2021. NEVER had a bad time. Staffing is so friendly. Beach is great. Location convenient to everything

Stayed here for four nights it's about a hours drive from Miami airport as traffic in area so busy in daytime . Vallet parking staff freindly car was always brought back in minutes but expensive at $45 dollers a night .

Check in was fast efficient hotel facilities explained . Rooms clean with fridge good wifi bed comfortable side sea view amazing views of beach colins Avenue .

Bar good friendly towels and sun beds available . Beach service is excellent friendly staff they give you towels set it up for you and drinks food can be brought to you .

Hotel overall not bad great location shops bars restaurant walkable from hotel it took about 40 mins to hour depending on traffic to get back into Miami ocean drive .

We were a big group all family attending the wedding of our niece. My husband & I enjoyed the view & the service.

Stupid pricing. Be very aware if virgin holidays book you here, £379 plus 60 in taxes for a night and a very average room. Booked as part of a package holiday, 1 night stay, 5 day cruise and a week in Orlando to finish. Overall for a bed for a few hours around £700

Located in North Miami at Sunshine Isles Beach this high rise construction is closer to Fort Lauderdale than Miami South but is extremely acceptable in that the accommodation is large suites in a good area.
We enjoyed a kitchenette/lounge, separate double bedroom and an excellent divided shower and bath combo.
The kitchenette is fully equipped to include dishwasher and the lounge area is very comfortable.
The hotel has its own pool and beach loungers are included in the suite price.

Великолепный вид, чистый номер, рекомендую partial ocean view. Отличный пляж с лежаками, полотенцами и зонтиками, включенными в стоимость проживания. Прекрасное расположение отеля, рядом много вкусных мест. Удобная парковка valet 48 долларов в сутки, которая стоит своих денег так как вокруг паркинга нет, по крайней мере мы не нашли таковых.

I paid 350$ for the terrible and dirty room . Looks too old . I was in shock.
