Pros:

Peaceful environment. Love the check in process. Staff was very accommodating. I had a very delayed flight and had a very late check in (4am) and they made sure that i had a smooth check in around the time. Will return again and will recommend to anyone visiting.

Cons:

The breakfast could be a little better. Fresh fruits and variety would be great. Other than that everything was perfect

Pros:

Breakfast was basic but ok, receptionist was friendly and gave us bottled water for our room.

Cons:

The room was quite dark, and the hand soap in the male lobby toilets was empty. We also had to ask for pool towels, and our room only had three towels even though there were four of us. The pool itself had a lot of vegetation debris floating in it. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hampton by Hilton hotels before without any issues, but this one fell short. Luckily it was only for 1 night.

It was in a convenient location and the pool was a decent size. The room was very spacious and comfortable for my family. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
