In het algemeen ben ik tevreden, maar ik vond de kamer meer een 3 sterren hotelkamer dan 4 sterren.
Pros:

Voor massage moest ik extra betalen, maar meneer Zaid is een hele goede masseur.
Aardige en begripvolle man. Klant en servicegericht. Je kan merken dat hij van zijn werk houdt.
De massage gaf een gevoel van herstel.

Cons:

Ik had alléén balkondeur als raam. Het was helaas enkelglas. Waaide doorheen. Het was eind mei en 's-nachts werd het 15 graden. Ik kon me wel redden met deken en piyama, maar ik twijfel of ik deze hotel in de winter zal boeken.

Daarnaast was er nog één Elite Comfy World hotel. Eerst ging ik daar naar toe. Was op dat moment de enige Elity Comfy Hotel die ik zag. Toen dacht ik: Waaaaaaaaaw dit is lux. Ze herkenden mijn naam niet, ze zeiden waarschijnlijk moet je hiernaast zijn. Ik vroeg hebben jullie 2 gebouwen naast elkaar. Ja, zeiden ze. Toen ging ik iets verder lopen naar het gebouw/appartement ernaast. Inderdaad, in die appartement/gebouw was mijn kamer. Zag er niet zo lux uit als de vorige.
Kun je bij booking maar 1 van die 2 gebouwen boeken? Ik vond het niet zo duidelijk tijdens de boeking.

Süperdi ama çocuğum patates kızartması istedi fakat menüde yokmuş büyükler için sorun değil bence ama çocukların isteği olsa yapılabilir mi acaba?

We stayed for 4 nights as a family. The room was well-equipped, breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room lights were too dim, so I had to go to the lobby to work. And the bathroom vent didn't seem to be working.

Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν υπέροχο και πολύ άνετο… ήταν πεντακάθαρο με πολύ ωραίο πρωινό ! Όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι ήταν πολύ πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν και να κάνουν ότι καλύτερο μπορούν για να μας εξυπηρετήσουν δίνοντας μας χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για την πόλη και για τις περιοχές της. Συγχαρητήρια στην Ruya και στον Volkan που μας υποδέχτηκαν την πρώτη μέρα και έκαναν την διαμονή μας ευχάριστη, άριστη εξυπηρέτηση και υποδοχή, πρόσχαροι άνθρωποι και εξαιρετικοί στην δουλειά τους ! Κάθε μέρα καθάριζαν το δωμάτιο τοποθετούσαν καθαρά σεντόνια και γέμιζαν καφέ το δωμάτιο μας, τα κρεβάτια ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετα. Το ξενοδοχείο πήρε το αυτοκίνητο μας και το έβαλε σε ασφαλή χώρο parking. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι 2λ από την πλατεία Taksim, δίπλα σε μετρό, τραμ, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, 3λ από τον διάσημο δρόμο Instiklal. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω σίγουρα και θα το προτείνω και σε άλλους !

Super zentral und sauber. Würde ich wieder nehmen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gewesen. 2-3 min von Taksim entfernt. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war sauber

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte leider kein Tageslicht, da direkt eine Mauer davor stand (wurde zwar am Anfang direkt gesagt aber hätte man auch anders lösen können)

Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Nähe zum Taksimplatz ist prima(3min) zu Fuß.
Sehr schöner Blick aus dem Zimmer in der zehnten Etage

Cons:

Beim Frühstück ist wirklich Luft noch nach oben. Hatte da etwas mehr Auswahl für ein 4 ⭐️ Haus erhoft.
Wellness- und Fitnessbereich sind leider nur ab 14 Uhr geöffnet. Als Ausgleich wird angeboten ab 08:00 bis 14 UHR beide Bereiche im Elite World Hotel nebenan zu nutzen.
Wir waren in der zehnten Etage und es war nachts und sehr laut durch die Geräusche der Klimaanlage vom Nachbargebäude.

Hotel je odlican!
Pros:

Iako mi ovo nije prvi put u Istanbulu, prvi put sam zaista potpuno zadovoljna izborom hotela. Od samog dolaska osjetila sam profesionalnost i toplinu osoblja. Recepcija je izuzetno ljubazna i uvijek nasmijani, spremni pomoći u svakom trenutku, dati savjet, preporuku ili jednostavno učiniti da se osjećate dobrodošlo. Huseyin, Melek, Ruya i Volkan su zaista divni. Hvala vam, zaista odlicno rade svoj posao. Iako je naš let bio u noćnim satima, prtljagu smo ostavili kod njih, bez ikakvih problema. Sobe su se čistile svaki dan i zaista se vidi pažnja prema detaljima. Sve je uredno, besprijekorno čisto i organizirano. Osjećala sam se ugodno i opušteno, što mi je jako važno kada putujem.

Bazen je odličan , čist, održavan i savršen za opuštanje nakon cjelodnevnog istraživanja grada.

Lokacija hotela je pun pogodak. Nalazi se u blizini Taksim trga, a opet u mirnom kvartu s mnoštvom restorana i kafića. Sve vam je na dohvat ruke, a opet imate mir za odmor. Metro stanica je doslovno minut hoda od hotela, što dodatno olakšava kretanje po gradu.

Sve u svemu, prvi put da sam u Istanbulu bila baš potpuno zadovoljna smještajem. Ovaj hotel bih bez razmišljanja preporučila svima i sigurno ću se ponovo vratiti!
