Excellent location, clean and excellent staff service
Pros:

Excellent location at heart of the city. Easy to go to surrounding mall.

Great location for the price
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, provided water even for brushing teeth, water was hot quick enough and the mini-bar was cookies and drinks.

Cons:

There was smoke smell in a non-smoking room but the staff helped to purify the air. Water leakage at sink. When booked it was written to be high level but it was at level 3.

Very convenient location just a 5 mins walk from
Grand Batam mall.

Cons:

Hotel is one of the older ones, so the rooms doors and ventilation of the place could do some work

The staffs are friendly. Good location

Bathroom too small. After shower all floors got wet to outside. Selection of tv channels are poor. Tv channels most blur
