Pros:

The hotel staffs are very nice & friendly. They gave me a surprise birthday treat during breakfast.

Cons:

Not much variety for the breakfast spread. But its ok. Some of the dishes are tasty and nice.

this hotel located few minutes away from Grand Batam Mall and u can find a lot of food to eat just opposite the hotel. Good breakfast and a very warm staff. Highly recommended for travelers who want to visit Batam.
