Perfect stay in perfect location
Pros:

It is the perfect location to explore the local suburbs. South Yarra, Prahran, Richmond and easy hop into town.

Cons:

Nothing really. I got unit 01 which in winter is quite dark…

Good location but poor value otherwise.
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well equipped room

Cons:

Room is generally pretty poor value compared to what else is available in the area. There was NO housekeeping on weekends and public holidays but room prices remained the same - I was severely disappointed by this and was not made aware prior to booking and only when I saw a sign in the lift.
Room was generally small and the view was poor. I’ve experienced much better in Melbourne for the same price, so this along with the lack of housekeeping means I won’t be staying here again.

It was a good stay overall beside the complaints we got for someone else’s noise
Pros:

The room was a perfect size everything was good

Cons:

The fact that we kept getting noise complaints from the day we checked in till the Sunday , but the noise was coming from across the hall way , and one staff member being rude towards my friend

Pros:

Was ok. Washer and dryer came in handy.

Cons:

Didn't like that reception wasn't very informative and wasn't that friendly. It was late check in around 8:45pm but still. He saw me trying to get in but walked away so I had to knock on the door to get his attention and ask if he was reception. That kind of customer service ain't great. I have been a receptionist at hotels and yeah it just pains me to see how my standards compare don't alighn with others.

Pros:

Convenient location close to South Yarra train station in Toorak Road. Easy check in. Apartment was well appointed with large balcony. 2 single beds was on request and quickly confirmed after booking. Will stay here again.
