Pros:

The grounds were very picturesque. The hot tub and pool were very nice.

Cons:

Wish it was more walkable to food options as the food truck was very limited. We were only there one night so wasn’t a big issue but if stay was longer more food options would’ve been nice.

Great location as trails start basically from the door and you can look at the sunset from the viewpoint. Nice gardens and the excellent restaurant at the airport (for private small planes, no noise issues) is just 100m away

Better than expected
Pros:

The free shuttle to town that runs from the hotel to town every day from 2 til 10 pm. We loved our driver Larry. He told us all the good spots to visit. The hotel grounds are beautiful with magnificent sights in every direction. The rooms are cleaned daily and are spotless.

Cons:

It's difficult to get to town before 2pm. It's only about 3km away but it's hot and the road has no pavement.

Tranquil Property
Pros:

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sky Ranch Lodge. The Lodge is about a mile or so outside the main shopping drag, up a winding hill in a quiet and peaceful area. Our room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfy. The property was gorgeous, with a tranquil garden woven throughout the various lodge buildings. We especially enjoyed the overlook area, which guests can use when they are not hosting a wedding or other event in that space. We had coffee there several times while bird watching and vista watching! While not a traditional hotel, we enjoyed the many amenities offered. The shuttle was extremely efficient, and we had no problems getting around. The airstream food truck was a wonderful option for any meal, and we enjoyed eating outside in the picnic area. The pool/hot tub area was clean and refreshing. We enjoyed the outdoor patio/lounge area and watched some World Cup there! The front desk staff were all very friendly and personable. We had a lovely time and will definitely stay there again should we have the opportunity.

Pros:

Amazing, out the way (which is what I hoped for) but simultaneously close to everything you need. The garden is Gorgeous in the evening. Beautiful view within a 5 min walk overlooking the Sedona Valley. There is a restaurant I didn’t realize until the last night that is on the property called METRO, Walking distance from the cabins. And helicopter day to tours .
