Exactly what I needed during my visits to the Mayo
Pros:

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, great breakfast, awesome free shuttle to the Mayo(Rick and Mike were awesome)
Good Coffee available all day!

Quiet, clean room, great bed.

Cons:

No microwave in room or available downstairs for guests to use. Breakfast offered is definitely nothing special. Eggs with ham were slightly runny/ undercooked & chicken sausage was cold. I mentioned the cold sausage to attendant & he just shook his head & smiled. I don’t think he spoke English.

It was a very pleasant stay-- third Mayo trip and by far the best hotel choice.
Pros:

I like that I can walk into a Hampton property and know I will find a warm inviting room. It was clean, it was well decorated -- not cheaply or ostentatious. Great shuttle driver.

Cons:

The desk attendant the first night seemed exhausted -- maybe understaffed?

Pros:

Clean, comfortable and I like the beds

Cons:

I would have liked an open window in the evening rather than the air conditioner on all night.
Also the toilets are too low for me. I had hip surgery a couple of months ago and it was difficult using the toilet.
