Nagyon jó ár-érték arány, kedves személyezt és kellemes környezet.
Pros:

Nagyon tiszta, kellemes hangulatú, újszerű berendezésekkel rendelkező hotel, bár pici a szoba és a fürdőszoba, mindennek jut elegendő hely (pl a zuhany is kényelmes méretű). Az ágy jó minőségű, a mi ízlésünknek kicsit puha a matrac. Kiváló reggelit is kaptunk, egyedül a kávé volt egy kicsit gyenge de minden nagyon friss, finom és változatos volt (a szobában van instant kávé és tea bekészítés). Az elhelyezkedés remek, 3-4 villamos megállónyira van a belváros. Jól működött az online check-in és kicsit korábban is el tudtuk foglalni a szobát.

Cons:

Én csalk egy erősebb kávét hiányoltam, minden más remek volt :-)

Super nettes Stadthotel in Familienhand!

Meine Frau und ich waren anlässlich eines Konzerts in Berlin und haben im Melarose übernachtet. Ein sehr sympathisches, familiengeführtes Stadthotel. Von Anfang an sehr netter Kontakt, die Reservierung eines Parkplatzes lief problemlos. Sehr netter Empfang bei Ankunft. Unser Doppelzimmer war ausreichend groß und tadellos sauber. Ein Schrank-Safe war vorhanden. Schön wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank gewesen...Sehr bequeme Betten, es war ein wunderbares Schlafen trotz Fenster zur Straßenseite. Der Lärm hielt sich in Grenzen, wahrscheinlich ist es bei Zimmern zum Hof aber ruhiger. Zum Frühstück ging es in einen liebevoll eingerichteten Raum neben der Rezeption. Das Frühstück selbst war toll! Alles was man sich wünscht, die Eier hervorragend gekocht und endlich mal leckerer Kaffee in einem Hotel😉. Die Lage in der Greifswalder Straße auch toll für Unternehmungen und Touren. Also wir werden hier wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder nach Berlin kommen!

Da gibt es nur eine Sache: der Duschvorhang im sonst modernen Bad...

Bett war gemütlich, Eine kleine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer war gut, weil es so heiß war.

Cons:

Номер маленький и простоватый. В номере не было safety box. Но в некоторых номерах они были. Когда я попросил поменять номер, мне сказали, что я могу сделать check out, если мне не нравится. Сам отель расположен достаточно удобно. Ресепшн не круглосуточный.

War ok aber nicht genial.
Pros:

Es war sehr ruhig. Nicht viele Leute beim Frühstück. Keine langen Wege. Aufzug hat funktioniert. Gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln - aber das ist in Berlin eigentlich schon Standard.

Cons:

Für dieses Zimmer war der Preis etwas zu hoch. Die Gegend ist ja auch keine Luxusgegend mit irgendwelchen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, aber auch nicht außergewöhlich gut. Da gibt es auch noch Potential nach oben.
