Pros:

New to this Spark brand. Very impressed w/ remodel and will definitely stay here on next drive to Fla.

Airconditioning hard to control. Fan ran all night, couldn't turn it off.

Pros:

Location wasn't in the greatest part of town but the parking lot was well lit and I felt safe. Room and common areas were clean and fresh.

Cons:

Breakfast was one of the sparsest complimentary breakfasts I've ever seen for any hotel chain. Definitely needs to be improved.

The stay was okay hallway had an old smell to it the bathtub had a ring around it time to install new ones.
Pros:

It was clean, but no pool.

Cons:

The rate went from 100.00 to 295.00 for Saturday and Sunday and it wasn’t worth 300.00 a night I think that was done we called looking for a room and told them that our first choice had given our room away for some absurd reason.

Rooms were very clean also the entrance and lobby level

Cons:

Cleaning crew did not speak English . Bed was very uncomfortable. Limited amenities location was a little bit sketchy.
