We are refurnishing the hotel and doing maintenance work in guest common areas until December 31st. Noises can be expected for 9 to 18 hr.
Note that guests must be over 18 years old in order to book. All guests under this age can only check-in with an adult.
Please note that starting July 1st, and based on Puerto Iguazu's bylaw #54/2015, please note that a local Ecotax of 1.5 USD, per person, per day, is not included on the fee.
It applies to all non-Misiones residents nor retired guests older than 12 years old, and can only amount to the charge of a 2-night stay. It will be payed to the hotel reception.

El desayuno podria ser mas completo. Para conectar tele hay que usar teléfono no funciona WiFi en televisor.

A bit older 5 star hotel, but nice and clean rooms.

It has beatiful view on river with BRA/ARG/PAR border (but depends on floor - trees from garden), best view is on rooftop bar (that was closed but accessible).
We visited Iguazu off season. Unfortunately we got 1st floor with river view, which is without balcony. On higher floors rooms with river view have balconies where you can privately sit and enjoy the picturesque evenings. I think majority of rooms on upper floors with balconies were empty due to low season. It is pitty we were not offered rooms on higher floors as we paid more expensive rooms just to have the river view. Otherwise we could take garden view room and enjoy rooftop bar.
Even its low season, I would appreciate a bit broader variety of food for breakfast for 5 star hotel. Quality was OK.
Joint the group in Santiago, Rubin the tour guide was magnificent and delicated to job getting us around Chile, Argentina and Brazil. Nothing was any problem to him had it sorted out in minutes, when he was on ball.
The room was comfortable with a good bed and clean bathroom. The common areas were well maintained and the outdoor spaces were quite lovely. The breakfast was very good.
We booked our room on a site that quoted the price in our home currency and using the conversion rate that our bank used we calculated the price in Argentinian currency. At registration we were surprised how much higher the price was in the local currency. We were told that was due to the exchange rate which turned out to be much higher than what our bank and the international currency exchange vendors were quoting. The staff told us that they had to use the rate from the national bank which was much more favourable to the Argentina peso than any other currency exchange that we could find. Over evaluating the peso so that tourists have to pay more maybe part of the new government’s economic policy but it didn’t go over well with us.
The wireless network was very slow and occasionally nonexistent. The staff was slow in responding and seemed bored and unenthusiastic about their work. The hotel’s location is quite isolated with few shops or restaurants in walking distance.

El wifi es malo y si querés ver algo en la tele, es muy mala la conexión. El baño la mampara tapa una parte sola, con lo cual inevitablemente se moja. La habitación, grande y cómoda.

O hotel esta localizado em uma região nobre de puerto Iguaçu,porem a piscina nao é aquecida o que dependendo do período não é possível usar. O quarto estava limpo,organizado. Observamos uma ala nova no último andar., acredita se em início de manutenção. O local merece uma pintura nova e algumas reformas pois esta em local encantador. O deck do último andar é aconchegante e um espaço que oferece,um sunset espetacular, com música, vinhos,espumantes. Com certeza voltaremos,mas fica a dica o local merece investimento pela localização.

Viajamos con mi hija de 3 años, ambos disfrutamos mucho de la estadía ya que el hotel cuenta con propuestas para niños y adultos. Muy bien el menú del restaurante. El desayuno correcto.
