A limpeza e instalação.

Cons:

Que a estadia parecia ser de frente para o mar o que não é. Na verdade a entrada do hotel é virada para a rua de trás. A funcionária fica enchendo o saco para avaliação 10. O que não correspondeu a minha estadia. Reservamos duas diárias separadas e avisamos. Mas quando completou a primeira, ligaram algumas vezes para informar que já estava para sair, explicamos e ficamos. Mas como é um hotel 5 estrelas, achei que os funcionários seriam mais bem preparados. O café da manhã é bom, mas nada demais

Not worth it
Pros:

The view was sublime and most of the staff was friendly. Thank you Kennedy for taking extra care of us.

Cons:

The staff score the complimentary food. We were promised a basket of fresh fruit in the room. Never came. The food at the restaurant was not cooked, which is bad when you eat chicken. Our taxi was fined for picking us up despite telling the security we were waiting for him. He went back in the hotel grinning! I ended up paying the fine!!!

We love the people working there. Everyone kind and generous. Clean and great rooms. Good location.
Pros:

Christina was trying to help us with everything we needed and all of the people working there were very kind. In the middle of the city centre. Big rooms and clean. Great view from the restaurant and nice breakfast.

Cons:

The noice from the rooms which faced the downtown street. Though its not a hotel’s fault. Alexandrias street are too noisy anyway.
