What a wonderful stay!
The room was absolutely beautiful, and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The hotel itself feels like something out of a movie, and the view from the breakfast area is simply stunning.
What impressed me the most however was the incredible kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. After learning that my birthday had been the week before, they surprised me with a cake, a rose, and lovely treats in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel super special!!
A special thank you to Cristina and Miriam for making my stay in Alexandria so memorable and unforgettable. Your warmth and generosity meant so much to me!
I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alexandria.

Pros:

Отель понравился больше, чем Rixos. До сих пор под впечатлением от атмосферы в отеле. Больно видеть как ухудшается состояние фонда отеля. Не хотелось бы, чтобы он пришел в упадок. Ательер Кристина была очень дружелюбна и любезна. Нас угостили фруктовой тарелкой и завтрак был отличным. Лифт до сих пор кажется невероятным

Lovely Hotel with real character
Pros:

Lovely hotel - Staying in a place with real character makes a great change from the many soulless modern hotels - kind of slightly faded colonial grandeur vibe. From a welcome drink and pastries to sunset views from rooftop bar/restaurant is was all enjoyable. The staff were also all superb.

Cons:

Rooms can be a noisy - sea views thus not fully enjoyed from room as 6 lanes of constant traffic between hotel and sea.
