Below below expectations. Never going back.
Cons:

The valet service damaged my car during the stay and they won’t return a refund for a cancelled night though it was approved by booking. That was over 20 days ago

The explanations from the hotel have been inconsistent: we were first told the money had been sent to a card, a card that does not exist, as the payment was made through Apple Pay. We were then asked to provide our bank account details directly. The transfer still has not arrived.

We must have called and reached out to the hotel finance department over 5 times with no action from their side except diverting the issue from them. The reception told us it’s not our issue anymore, it falls with the finance. The weird thing is that there is no response from management since we left as if they wanted to keep the rest of our money.

We have the approval of the shortened stay in writing. We have the image of the damage. Over 20 days later my refund wasn’t processed and zero compensation to the damage done to my car.

If you are considering staying here, don’t. The problem is what happens when something goes wrong. Based on our experience, the property does not resolve issues, it ignore them and you completely.
