I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

The location is very nice and incredible ,Rooms it’s very different and vintage style , elevator also if u wanna to try the old style

Staff in the place is very strange people u can’t imagine how they are looking ,unfriendly , The hotel staff were extremely disrespectful and completely ignored our requests. Very disappointing service and definitely not the experience we expected.unprofessional btw. hotel was definitely not worth the money we paid we make check out very early cause staff . We arrived a bit early in the morning and were charged an extra 65% without receiving any additional service or proper hospitality. The receptionist even told me I wasn’t allowed to have breakfast in a very rude manner. Overall, the experience was terrible and absolutely not worth the money.

Un authentique bijou hors du temps
Pros:

Un bijou d'authenticité sans rénovation banalisante et toc. On se sent transposés dans l’Alexandrie des années glorieuses. Point de vue merveilleux sur la baie d'Alexandrie et la Citadelle sur le rooftop.

Cons:

Amazing stay with very attentive & friendly staff.
Pros:

Stunning room, clean & comfortable. Large fully equipped bathroom & shower.
Ideal location for exploring local sites.
Plentiful choice of breakfast foods.
Light bites available 6-7 pm were excellent

Cons:

More power to shower, did take a while to heat up.

Pros:

It was a fantastic stay! This is a very charming, spacious hotel with flair. I am a single female traveller and in every second I fehlt Safe and welcome. The room and the bathroom was nice and well equipped. The staff was was very kind and welcoming. Good was great and the location is perfect! Next to the corniche and very close to. everything to want to see. The View from the rooftop is spectacular. I am already looking forward to my next stay at this place!

Perfect!
Pros:

The staff were so helpful and kind. Christina was wonderfully attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. The hotel itself was outstanding. Beautifully preserved and excellent views of the city.
