The staff was wonderful and the rooms very clean! We lived the history of the building and especially the coffee shop!

Location in downtown is excellent.
Room was fine to sleep in but not comfortable to relax in. Stiff chairs only. Bar not open during time we were there but they set up a small dark room to serve drinks- no thanks.
Great location, great spaces for family including a wonderful sitting area in the bar and outdoor patio. Dedicated parking spaces are a nice convenience in a small mountain town.

Our front desk attendant/bartender/sommelier was great. Good personality. Good suggestions.
The restaurant wasn't open which would have been nice but the hotel is lovely. Beautiful rooms and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a small problem with the HVAC in our room and they immediately moved us to another room. Nicole ( front desk ) was very friendly and accommodating as well as providing us with historical information about the hotel. We'd stay there again!
The check out of 9 am is a bit too early.
It is a fantastic location in town and the attention to detail with the restoration makes this building a must see.

EVERYTHING! The staff were accommodating and knowledgeable! The room was perfect and the bed was so comfy with the softest sheets I've ever slept on! Plus I had the BEST massage ever!
The entire staff made us feel so welcome! So glad that this beautiful hotel was restored and saved.
