All good but AC needs to change and work
Pros:

Location is really good. Building looks new. Almost perfect.

Cons:

AC DOES NOT FUNCTION. I asked few times but due to it being weekend, no technician could come. Also stupid rule in Vienna is that windows cannot be opened. So that means I was suffocating.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Hatten guten öffentlichen Anschluss zu U-Bahn und Strassenbahn. Das Zentrum von Wien, der Bahnhof (von dort auch sehr gute Flughafenverbindung)i st vom Hotel aus gut erreichbar.Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. War alles da, was man braucht. Die Rezeption war 24 Std. besetzt und war sehr freundlich.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral man kommt gut überall hin

Cons:

Wir mussten auf die Zimmer warten weil die nicht fertig waren, leider war die Zimmer nicht komplett sauber, es war verstaubt und leider war noch etwas Müll von vorherigen Gast. Ach am Bett waren nicht genug Steckdosen ( nur eine). Sonst war alles gut

Pros:

Ahmed is an amazing person. He was very friendly and very interested. The location of the hotel was very good. The size of the room was also nice. All the necessary facilities were available.

Cons:

The cooling of the air conditioner was insufficient. The window was not opening. Therefore, we got no air for a few days and had much trouble from the heat.

ממליצים בחום על המלון. צוות תותח בייחוד מי שבא מנפאל. שכחתי את שמו אבל המלון ידע מייד

המיקום היה מושלם. קרוב לתבורה ציבורית וקרוב לאתרים מרכזיים. יש באזור הרבה בתי קפה ומסעדות. הצוות היה מקסים בייחוד מישהו שמוצאו בנפל. הוא היה תותח וחשוב לנו לציין זאת. ארוחת בוקר מעולה. שווה את המחיר לא יכולנו לבקש יותר טוב מזה.

Die Frühstücksbedienung Suzanna war außerordentlich freundlich und hat ein liebevolles Frühstück bereitet.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren zwar nett, konnten aber leider insbesondere Fragen zum Parkplatz nicht richtig oder nur unsicher beantworten, so dass wir wegen des kurzzeitigen Parkens zum Ausladen des Gepäcks von der Stadt einen Strafzettel über 50 Euro aus Unkenntnis bekommen haben.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht ausreichend gekühlt.
