The location was OK, the air conditioning worked in the room although seemed to be stuck on one temperature. The bed and pillows were comfy, that was the best bit.
Security was terrible - I was given a key card for a room that a guest hadn’t checked out of, and there was nothing stopping someone walking from the front door of the hotel right through to the corridors with rooms without a key card/no additional security. The facilities were also very tired.

The facilities were as described and in good order. The accommodation was clean and well maintained.
We paid for breakfast on a special offer which was really good. Bit when we went for thr breakfast it was not easy to figure out what we could have.
Wir waren überrascht, dass der Haartrockner richtig Power hatte. Kennt man ja garnicht. Personal hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben. Wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer, dass wurde Problemlos in kurzer Zeit genehmigt. Das erste Zimmer war total feucht und es roch muffig. Man hätte nicht schlafen können. Tut euch einen gefallen und vermietet dieses Zimmer nicht mehr bevor was dran geändert worden ist.
Danke, dass ihr uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben habt.

Der Bettbezug und die Wäsche war richtig klamm.

Poor pillows and rooms really small tv didn’t work and air con wasn’t great also nothing to prop windown open
Having stayed here last year, I decided to stay again. The basement were the only rooms available . It was comfortable and easily accessible.
I found the basement room a little over priced for the condition. For example the door was very hard to close, no bathroom handle or lock and the shower screen was in an awkward position . This didn’t affect the level of comfort or facilities.

We arrived early and the staff kindly looked after our luggage. We asked to use the toilet and that was fine and we were given the code to the toilet door. However, the first impression of the hotel was brought down because the toilet was not pleasant. There was one toilet in the lobby area and it really needs a refurb and additional cleaning. This made us anxious about what our room would be like, but the room was fine. We had a supreme room. The shower was big but the door wouldn’t close so the water just came out on to the tiled floor and we had to mop it up. Also the bed was a bit hard. Other than that the room was fine.
The location of the hotel was nice and the general facilities were all bang on. The staff in particular were amazing: super kind and helpful from beginning to end.
This is a small thing but I wouldn’t mind there being a brush for the toilet. The cleaning service did a great job cleaning the toilet, but it would be nice to have one our self. The air conditioning also didn’t really seem to work? It was displayed as turned on and air did come out but it was more of a wheeze from an 80 year old smoker than what one would expect from an air con. No hate towards 80 year old smokers though ✊
