Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

We had a great stay! The hotel was very comfortable and in an excellent location. The parking was convenient and well organized, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The only downside was that a few things, such as the coffee machine and the grill, did not work properly. The staff came promptly to try to help, although the issue was not always resolved.

La piscina del jardín es muy agradable . Las habitaciones son muy grandes y los baños muy bien. Muy limpio

Cons:

En mi habitación había un ruido como de un generador muy molesto de manera continuada. No creo que pase en todas las habitaciones, pero si te toca, es bastante desagradable

La ubicación, la comodidad de tener cocina y la terraza privativa con jacuzi.

Cons:

No había tendedero y una tarde bajamos con las toallas sucias porque estaban empapadas tras una lluvia para el cambio por limpias y nos indicaron que no había más disponibles.

Pros:

Habitaciones amplias, limpias y muy bien equipadas. Cocina completa y enceres nuevos y de todo tipo, incluyendo lavadora/secadora. Dispensador de agua potable caliente y enfriada.

Cons:

A pesar de estar frente al mar, no tiene playa alguna, y lo poco que tienen de orilla, está lleno de sargazos y algunas lanchas pesqueras donde termina el agua color chocolate. El olor a azufre es intermitente, dependiendo del estado del sargazo.
La pequeña pero agradable piscina, y el jacuzzi privado de nuestra habitación, no se puedo disfrutar del todo debido al olor y las vistas del mar con sargazo.
Se que esta situación es ajena al hotel, que fuera de esto es estupendo, pero si que afecta negativamente la experiencia de hospedaje

בגג ג׳קוזי ומטבח חיצוני עם מנגל גז
אחלה בריכה כיפית
נותנים כרטיסי כניסה למכון כושר מעבר לכביש, חדר כושר במועדון פרטי, ענק עם כל המכשירים שאפשר לחשוב ושעורים כמו ספינינג ועוד

המעלית לא עובדת (כנראה כבר הרבה זמן ולא תקלה נקודתית)

Très bon séjour, si nouveau passage à Playa Del Carmen on reviendra :)
Pros:

la taille du logement très spacieux chaque chambre avait sa salle de bain,, bien équipé (le nécessaire pour faire le café durant les 3 jours), l'emplacement proche 5ème avenue, les terrasses privatives (dont une avec jacuzzi ! ), les petits plus compris tel que 10 minutes de massage, accès salle de sport.....

Cons:

un égouttoir pour la vaisselle ou tapis, et torchon vaisselle, mais bon rien de très gênant ;)
