Pros:

Apartma je bil velik, udoben in čist. Lep bazen. Brisače za bazen smo dobili v lobiju, wifi deluje - vse brez doplačila. Osebje je bilo zelo prijazno.
Lokacija je bila odlična izhodna točka za izlete - pick up point.

Cons:

Hotel je ob plaži. Žal smo bili v obdobju ko je sargasum zelo močen, zato je tudi vonj dokaj močan. Vendar to ni kriv hotel, proti naravi ne moremo nič.
Prvi dve noči je zmanjkalo elektrike in so prižgali agregat, ki je zgleda bu ravno pod našo sobo. Vendar so po opozorilih tudi to uredili.

Muy buena ubicacion y los cuartos cuentan con agua potable suficiente y amenidades en cocina muy utiles

Lo unico es que hubo mucho sargazo y el olor y vista no fueron tan bonitas

It was really enjoyable! Small issues that could be worked around. The staff was great! Recommend!
Pros:

It was our first time as a family staying in Play Del Carmen so I have nothing to compare. The location worked well for our needs. Walking distance to food, convenience store(s) and with the condo's added accommodations golf cart & bikes made getting around & to the public beach an ease.

Cons:

The beachside pool wasnt open and only opened the day we were leaving. Luckily they do have a very unique pool available that provides a very Bali experience. The other concern was the elevators not working. For us it wasnt bad we were only 1 floor from "ground" level and capable of making the climb. Just make sure to make accommodations if they're still not working

El Taj has become our home away from home. The place was Beautiful, comfy, quite & so restful. We created so many memories from El Taj. The service & care from everyone was outstanding. If you want the best stay in playa, there is no other than El Taj.

Cons:

It smelled like my worst nightmare because of the seaweed and they gave us a room on the third floor with no elevator. Try climbing it drunk at 3am with that smell.

Pros:

I got the 3 bedroom/3 bathroom penthouse with ocean view. The place was amazing with such beautiful view. The full kitchen was very helpful since I traveled with my husband and in-laws with my 3 year old. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our luggage since the elevator on our side was out of order and we were located on yhe 3rd floor. I recommend the transportation service they offer from the airport to the condos and back. Very professional and even if our arrival got delayed, our driver waited for us.

Cons:

That the elevator on our side of the building to the penthouse on the 3rd floor was out of service. I do appreciate however the staff helped us take the luggage. But I mean we paid alot to have the best and the elevator issue had us upset arriving from our tours. Having to climb all the way up there at the end of the day. Also the pool on our side of the building was not working, we were offered the pool on the other side of the building. But it would be such a hassle having to come downstairs from yhe 3rd floor then up afterwards. We ended up just using the jacuzzi at its lowest level for my toddler to play. Lastly I didn't like the VERY strong smell of the seagrass I know its out of their control but it was very bad and looked bad for the condos.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There is a pungent smell from the seaweed that has taken over this property
Pros:

There is a very bad smell throughout the rooms and property. It is extremely strong and gave my kids migraines. They did not disclose this to us ahead of our stay. It is really not tolerable. We have the fans and AC on with all of the doors and windows closed and cannot escape the smell. The pools are also very dirty and property needs a lot of updating. It is definitely not worth the price you’re paying.

Emplacement idéal, grande chambre plutôt bien équipée. Personnel sympathique (mais plus résidence qu hôtel à service) parking gratuit. Super literie

Cons:

Un seul ménage sur 3 jours … anormal. La piscine est sale pas ptraticable (eau trouble et jaune)

The team at El Taj was amazing! From front desk to bellman to housekeeping and restaurant team- everyone was so pleasant and took a great care of us at all times!
Room was spacious and clean, 2 pools, food at the restaurant is deliscious so don't forget to order from there. They have plenty of amenities for children and for the beach so you don't need to carry anything with you.
If ever back in Playa we will definitely come back! Thank you for making our vacation so pleasant and smooth.

Pros:

Lo más que valoro en mis puntuación es que la información que está en Booking cuando llegue al lugar se corresponde. El apartamento está muy cómodo, grande, la cocina muy bien equipada y limpio. El personal muy amable y profesional. Siempre dispones de agua para beber. La batidora de vaso, muy práctica para hacer batidos de frutas. También está muy bien el pase para el Gimnasio super equipado, hasta con clases dirigidas.
La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la 5 avenida, restaurantes, supermercado, etc y de las discotecas. La tranquilidad, no se escucha nada y puedes dormir tranquilamente.

Cons:

La pena el sargazo, que no pudimos disfrutar de la playa , ni instalaciones . Nos ofrecieron cambiar de hotel, pero desistimos ya que estábamos muy cómodo y el mayor tiempo del día estábamos en excursión y disfrutando de Playa del Carmen. El sargazo es algo de la naturaleza y no tiene culpa el hotel. También nos encontramos con los ascensores averiados, pero tampoco fue mayor problema, el personal de encargo de las maletas
