Some of the staff, especially F&B head. The aesthetics of the place

Cons:

Very expensive, no value for money, very poor maintenance and the complimentary breakfast was also bad the first day I had it- it was too crowded and we had to wait for a table which isn't a very 5 star experience.

Bathrooms were extremely small and very cramped up, i hit myself several times going in and out.

Overall okay but the AC temperature control not working was unpleasant to me.
Pros:

Location, staffs courtesy.

Cons:

Room facilities were not up to mark.
Water was dripping from AC line in the room.
There was no use of AC control unit. Changing temperature wasn’t working. It was always going to lowest value.

Pros:

The location, hygiene, and staff were good.

Cons:

The room temperature was not controllable. It spiked and cooked the room. Apparently controlled centrally where they think 25 degrees is good whereas some people like it cooler.

Parking was available but cramp,. especially if there comes a fleet of large vehicles.

Would recommend for someone
Pros:

Room comfortness and breakfast was good

Cons:

In-room service could be improved as picking up the phone took a while on multiple instances. 2nd day check-in took a while and the person(male) at the reception took a while to process the check-in paperwork. And while we were tired and requested if the payment could be done during check-out, the person was adamant for the payment to be done during checkin. would be good to have someone who is experienced as people come from different cities or places

Property is fabulous staff needs better training.
Pros:

Good location, very well maintained neat and clean amenities, rooms, lobby and common area.

Cons:

The restaurant staff servers need to be trained better.
Need to be more courteous and guest friendly.
For dinner A LamCarte menu can be improved.
