Looks like, hot water kettle in the room was not cleaned for months. It was full of scales in the inner portion and also, have started rusting in the outer portion.

We had an excellent stay at Ekante Bliss, Tirupati! From the moment we arrived, the reception was warm and welcoming, and the staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. The hospitality and service were truly excellent.
The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast area was very clean and hygienic, and there was an amazing variety of options to choose from. There was something for everyone, and everything was well presented and fresh. We really enjoyed the breakfast experience.
Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend Ekante Bliss to anyone visiting Tirupati. We would love to stay here again!
The only concern was that we did not get hot water during our stay, which was a little inconvenient. Specially trips like Tirupati are strenuous and having an excellent hot shower makes big differnce. They need to work on that . Apart from that, everything was excellent and we had a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

fixing the hot water issue. They didnt not even have warm water. It was luke warm. We tried to call someone to check the hot water issue,but that guy couldnt fix anything. Instead he said, he could send us hot water in a bucket , that is where I think the rating of the hotel goes down. Please take this seriously as this is not a minute thing.

Overall a good stay at the hotel
Pros:

Property is very good & well maintained. Location of property is also very good. Staff is friendly.

Cons:

While other arriving guests were warmly welcomed with garlands and live local music, our family of four was completely ignored. When I brought this up to the staff during checkout, they simply shrugged it off and claimed they didn't recognize us as guests.
