It’s very small space the cabinet just a length 12 inches only can’t put any clothes in side it’s very very limited not suitable for family and couples even can’t walk freely in room too small limit space. Aircond water licking after complaining they change room at night

no parking at all. it was one way road. because of this, they had to hurry things to get down and keep car in parking. because of this, our luggage also got mixed up by the hotel people. as we were alert, we were able to retrieve this in time. this happened even before we register ourselves in the lobby.

The main purpose of my travel is to see Temples. Madurai is Temple city. Also the food taste is very traditional and its like Grandma style Cooking. Breakfast is excellent. Temples are near to hotel and the hotel is surrounded by temples, shops and all good things. Staffs are wonderful. Their friendliness and smiles are still in our Mind. Restaurants in hotel is exceptionally good. Tasty food. Many families stayed there with all happiness. Roof Top restaurant is like a feather in the cap. Good location and all facilities are Excellent.

The room was very dirty. Thought the cleaning staff visited both days but the cleaning was not even clean. The room is stuffy and smells bad. The reception staff was not cooperative. Overall had a very bad experience. Would not suggest this place. Very overpriced and zero value for money.

The passageway was very narrow...very little space between the lift door and our room door (might be because of the rooms we were given). Also the reception and dining areas could have been more aesthetically designed.

Pros: The location is excellent and very convenient for those visiting the temple.
.Cons: I had a disappointing experience primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff, specifically a night shift receptionist named Vignesh. He was consistently rude and dismissive. In one instance, he told me the restaurant was closed; however, when I went to the 6th floor myself, the restaurant staff was helpful and happy to take my order.
On another occasion, I called for water and was told to contact housekeeping. When no one picked up the phone, I had to go downstairs and get the bottles myself. When I tried to raise these concerns with other staff members, they were defensive of his behavior rather than being helpful. For a hospitality business, the front desk tone and service were unacceptable.
Regarding the room (Room 301), it was very small and felt congested. To make matters worse, the AC was not functioning properly during my stay.
While the location is great, the management needs to focus on staff training and room maintenance. I would expect much better service for the price.
