Good hotel in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Great location walking distance from the temple area. Staff very diligent. Rooms well equipped and air-conditioned. Lovely roof-terrace with great views and nice food. Great breakfast. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one seemed to tick all the boxes and we didn't do wrong!

Cons:

May be there was too much bulky furniture in the room which was obstructing the space.

Stayed due to location advantage, close to the temple
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, meals were blend-no taste

Cons:

The room size was too small, the bathroom was even smaller, probably the size given on the site was wrong. The window view was zero. AC was not effective

Bad hotel, lacks cleanliness and needs to learn customer service

The beds were comfortable, though the sheets were not clean

Cons:

General cleanliness was lacking. Someone had peed on the toilet seat, but the cleaners has not sanitized it though they placed a table above the toilet.

There were small needles/thorns on the towel. Appears they have dried the towels on a bush and folded without checking.

I asked for an extra key card, so one of us can r3st while the other goes out - but an elderly gentleman at the reception rudely denied it saying its not hotel policy. If someone is in the room, they should open the door - irrespective of if they want to sleepin or not.

Very very pathetic experience.plz plz don't consider this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The overall facilities were far below acceptable standards. The room was infested with mosquitoes and cockroaches, making the stay very uncomfortable. There was a persistent foul odor throughout the room, and the level of cleanliness was poor. The hygiene and maintenance standards were clearly lacking, which significantly affected the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness, pest control, and guest comfort.

It’s very small space the cabinet just a length 12 inches only can’t put any clothes in side it’s very very limited not suitable for family and couples even can’t walk freely in room too small limit space. Aircond water licking after complaining they change room at night
Move again with things spoil sleep.
