Nautimme olostamme hotellissa.
The building, the location, the rooms are cozy. The manager Mrs Vera was hospitable and know how to run the property quite well and made our stay wonderful. The restaurant was nice.
The most beautiful and serene setting. From check in with Raul, who was fantastic, to all services offered, a 10 star place! We were upgraded to Room 111, which was huge and thoughtfully appointed. It was very quiet and overlooked a courtyard. Only problem with the room was the desk, which was very nice but has an iron bar just where your knee hits when sitting down. Ouch! My husband had a massage, which he described as "perfect". The bar and restaurant for breakfast and lunch were excellent. Not so much for dinner, when one dish was inedible and tough. To their credit, they did not charge for that dish. Many thanks to the lovely staff!
The tour of the monastery was excellent, breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful.
Occasionally when asking ice to be delivered to the room it was forgotten, upon requesting it again it did eventually arrive.
Very unique hotel , the feel of the rooms and spaces even for the lower category is great
Nothing
This hotel is amazing: a true diamond ! Our travel agent recommended it to us.
Upon arriving we were greeted by Gabriel. He offered us a glass of champagne and explained the hotel to us. He also walked us to a room that had a view of the garden and St Thomas’s Church. We loved the room and upgraded to it. Every day we would see Gabriel and have a nice conversation. He is a true asset to your hotel.
We decided to have lunch in their restaurant and sat outside on the lovely patio. Our entrees of fish and chicken were tasty and service was very efficient.
The next morning we met Dagmar when we entered the restaurant for breakfast. She was extremely pleasant and always attended to our orders. We had breakfast 3 mornings: delicious omelets and the pancakes. Breakfast is available à la carte and buffet style. The coffee was delicious!!
Also we had great service from Sameen. He was always friendly and made sure our meals were enjoyed.
Lucas , the concierge was also great. He suggested two Italian restaurants to us that were wonderful. Also he had such a pleasant personality.
If you travel to Prague this is the hotel to stay.! All of the staff we met made our trip to your beautiful city so wonderful. We hope to return.

The historic building and the tour of the monastery was amazing! Staff were kind and the rooms were comfortable and elegant. I loved the local beer they make and offer in the restaurant.
To be honest, not sure if there was anything I didn’t like?
great place to stay with family and friends
Outstanding hotel accommodations, service, friendliness and efficiency of everyone employed by the hotel. Beautiful and well located within an easy walk to the Charles Bridge. Fascinating tour of the hotel itself. Can’t wait to go back!
We had a wonderful stay at the Augustine. Even before we arrived, we had corresponded with the concierge, Michael, who took care of all our questions perfectly. From arrival to departure, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Service and food in the bar and restaurant were excellent, and we enjoyed our tasting of St, Thomas beer. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the church and monastery tour with Father William. The hotel is also located within walking distance of many sights. We would definitely come back to stay at the Augustine.

Perfect location. Super quiet. Very nice room. Large bathroom. Great value for money
The restaurant was very disappointing. Overpriced and not good.
We stayed at the Augustine as part of our extension in Prague after the Danube Waltz Viking River Cruise. The hotel is amazing. Every one of the staff, from Michel the concierge, Alex and Gabriel the front desk clerks to Inna the housekeeper and all the restaurant and bar staff for so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the St. Thomas beer was great, the tour of the property was very interesting, and the location was excellent. Also, the bed, pillows, towels and robes were so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!
