Amounts of the lunch and dinner supplements listed in the booking confirmation are only valid for online bookings. In case you order supplement meals on site at Bluesun Hotel Alga, the price of lunch is 28 EUR and for dinner is 32 EUR per person.

Take your dog on a well-deserved vacation! You can come with up to 1 dog, weighing up to 15 kg, announcement is necessary. Cleaning after the dog is charged additionally 25 eur/day. A mat, steel bowl, toy and waste bags are waiting for your best friend (available on request & extra charge). Couple of things to remember before your vacation: please do not leave your dog alone in the room for its own safety; keep your dog supervised; do not bring your dog into the closed part of the restaurant, pool or wellness area. Keep your dog on a leash during your stay and also please bring evidence of your dog’s vaccination. Have a nice stay!

I have had much more satisfactory experiences at other establishments on the Croatian coast!
Pros:

Good location right on the beach, direct access to the cliff, well-maintained unit especially in the common areas, staff in general respectful of customers, tasty food!

Cons:

Our room, purchased with an additional fee to benefit from a sea view, had visible damage, creating visual discomfort for us! In addition, the hygiene in the room was superficial, in the restaurant the coffee machines were disconnected at lunch or dinner to restrict your access (the coffee was mediocre anyway), and STRICT access to water for us who purchased ALL INCLUSIVE services outside of meal times was NOT possible (3.30 euros was the 330 ml bottle of water at the bar)! The hotel does not have its own beach, and a speculator secured the best places in front of the hotel for 25 euros, securing a set of sun loungers!

Pros:

Hotel je na divnoj lokaciji, ispred je plaza sa prirodnim hladom.

Cons:

Ogromna guzva u hotelu, redovi cekanja za dorucak i veceru. Samo dva lifta za toliko gostiju, cesto smo kolica i bebu morali nositi pjeske stepenicama jer je bilo skoro nemoguce docekati lift.

Dva dana nam nije bila ociscena soba jer su tih dana imali puno dolazaka, i pokusano je ciscenje bas u vrijeme kad je beba spavala u sobi sto je tek poslije 12h.

Za 4 zvjezdice i ovaj lanac hotela smo ocekivali hranu na visem nivou, djeluje na prvu da ima dosta izbora, ali u sustini nista posebno. Prosle godine smo bili u Bluesun Soline i hrana je bila puno bolja. Izbor ribe je jako siromasan.

Parking i krevetac za bebu se naplacuje dodatno i placa se cim dodjete na checkinu.

Sobe su prilicno skromne.

Pros:

Hotel na dobroj lokaciji, tik uz plažu. Hrana ukusna, večera raznovrsna. Osoblje ljubazno, sobari i sobarice na vrhuncu zadatka, sobe čiste, redovno se mijenja posteljina, peškiri i čiste sobe. Welness uredan i čist.

Cons:

Voda u hotelskom bazenu prljava, skoro pa vrela.
Doručak, svako jutro ista ponuda. Lift je nemoguće uhvatiti. Srećom bili smo na prvom spratu sa malim djetetom pa nije bilo ogromnih problema, pitam se kako je ljudima na 5 spratu sa malom djecom.

Pros:

Plaža je izuzetno blizu, što je odlično za porodice s djecom. Hrana je super, izbor i kvalitet obroka su zaista na visokom nivou. Bazeni su sami po sebi u redu, ali postoji veliki problem s organizacijom i kontrolom gostiju.

Cons:

Rezervisao sam sobu za 5 osoba (supruga, ja i troje djece od 3, 7 i 12 godina). Dobili smo sobu od jedva 13 m² sa bračnim krevetom i malim ležajem na razvlačenje na podu. Bukvalno se nije moglo hodati kroz sobu, osjećali smo se kao sardine. Često putujemo i bukiram razne hotele, i u ovakvim situacijama se uvijek dobiju barem dvije povezane sobe ili adekvatan porodični apartman. Ovo je nedopustivo za hotel ovog ranga.
​Katastrofalan parking i ograničena sloboda kretanja: Radnik me odveo na parking udaljen 5 minuta vožnje od hotela, pa smo se zajedno vraćali. Rečeno mi je: "Ako ti bude trebalo auto, ja te odvezem, ali samo od 07:00 ujutro do 22:00 navečer. Poslije toga nema auta." Zbog ovoga nam je propao planirani izlet u Makarsku, jer da smo se vratili oko 23:00 ili ponoći, ne bih imao gdje s automobilom.
​Bazeni i nedostatak kontrole: Na bazene može ući bukvalno ko god želi sa plaže jer nema nikakvih narukvica niti kontrole. Gužve su nesnosne. Voda u bazenu je prevruća, a sami bazeni su jako plitki – samo na jednom malom dijelu odrasle osobe uopšte mogu plivati.
​Opšti utisak je da hotel ima ogroman prostor za napredak. Mislio sam da sa novim vodstvom Bluesun ide prema svjetskoj klasi, ali nažalost, upravljanje je ostalo zarobljeno negdje na pola puta između bivšeg komunističkog i modernog privatnog sistema.
