Their was only one person working the desk, knowing it was large groups they should have been fully staff. The bottem sheets had stains on them. Bathroom door would not close. Trash on the floor behind the trash can, the firer pit was broken. My family was a large group and check in was 4pm several of us had to wait because we rooms weren't ready until 7 and we was charged for that night. They should not have charged us for rooms that wasn't ready until after 6pm. Very disappointed

This property is a little dated for my taste. Bathroom too small. Tub so high I would not shower in it. Ok for one night stay. Would not return. They need to update this one

We traveled for my brother's burial. The manager at the front desk was EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING TO US‼️

I had a good time I just wish the young man would’ve gave me my 500 bonus but it’s all good

Thank goodness I was only staying for the weekend because it's not for a longer stay.
Pros:

The lady on the day of checkout was so pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't like that the bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly so I had to go through and purchase items to clean bathroom and the extra blanket wasn't cleaned it had a stain on it. Also, I have stayed here before and never was charged for parking and now charged for parking-why? You come back in at night and don't even have space to park but charged for parking.

Pros:

When I arrived and checked the room, the comforters and the bathtub were dirty. I requested an additional comforter and left for a function with my family. Upon returning to the room later on in the night and checking the comforter, the comforter had large magic marker stains. Although the comforter was cleaner than the previous comforter, I decided to request another conference early the next morning. I was charged for parking and was told to refer my mother‘s 90th birthday party. The attendant told me I would not be charged, but upon checkout I was charged anyway and will stay. I did not use that information by another clerk I refuse to argue and pay the 14 extra dollars so I did not like.

Cons:

Refer to the answer from the what I like section because I did not like anything about my stay but had no other choice and no other hotel within a certain mile radius was available

Great stay with a great community
Pros:

Very conveniently close to everything. Staff was very helpful. Greeted us every time they saw us. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They kids enjoyed it too.
