Accommodating and Comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast at "Two Kings" was reasonable and good. And the location was perfect to get to where we needed to go. Would stay here again for some type f event in the future.

Cons:

Did not stay longer enough, was only there for wedding venue somewhere from the hotel in center of the city.

We stayed here a couple years ago and had a great experience, however, this time it fell short.
Pros:

Proximity to downtown. The professionalism and enthusiasm of the Concierge. The 24 hour garage parking permit for only $15. The ability to check in early if a room was available, which it was (checked in at 2pm instead of 4pm).

Cons:

One of the bed's sheets were soiled. Pillows were chunky and uncomfortable. The room's motif and atmosphere was bland and impersonal, not very homey or relaxing. Room lighting was very dim. Very skimpy on toiletries amenities. They could have provided mouthwash, a cheap razor, feminine hygiene products, a floss pick. Anything more than a bar of hand soap and cheap moisturizer. No menus for thier restaurants in the room.
