Una recepcionista de cabello rizado del turno matutino con muy poca disponibilidad de ayudar a los huéspedes, si no tiene don de gente debería cambiar de trabajo, cara de amargada y actitud negativa, además que desde que llegamos reportamos que la llave no funcionaba, tuvieron que abrirnos por el chico de turno y nunca lo arreglaron, cada vez que entrábamos al cuartos había que bajar a recepción para que nos abrieran la puerta con una máquina

Muy buena atencion del personal, extraordinario desayuno, traslado hacia y desde el aeropuerto cada media hora, ubicacion estrategica

Cons:

dejamos un solo dia par hacer la habitacion, eramos 3 personas, hicieron la cama grande y dejarontodo tirado la tercera cama, y tampoco dejaron toallas para la tercera persona

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, pero para mi punto de vista sería un 3 estrellas

La cama muy cómoda y grande.
El personal excepcional

Cons:

El desayuno para ser un 4 estrellas me pareció muy flojo, poca variedad.
Las paredes de la habitación estaban todas manchadas
El suelo del pasillo no está nivelado, parece que caminas por un camino con agujeros.
Me pareció caro para como tiene las instalaciones.
