Breakfast was limited with no Vegan options and very few vegetarian options.
They stop serving food at 9pm
Very difficult to find somewhere to eat after 9pm unless you drive into town center which is 10 - 15 minutes away.

The room could of done with a good clean, a lot of dust visible around and on the bed. The bathroom sink plug didnt work and would not drain.

The unorganisation of trying to check in, we booked as a party of 6 with 3 rooms yet all of our rooms were scattered across the hotel, they also struggled to find our booking for 2 of the rooms and one room had been swapped to a double despite booking 3 twin rooms. This was rectified and we were moved rooms. One of our rooms was also an interconnected room so we were struggled to understand why the other connecting room wasn’t issued to us, it would have made a lot more sense.
The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful, I came here worh my 2 children and husband and they made everyone of us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was very poor! Food was dried and cold, rubbery bacon and we didn’t eat hardly any of it. A real let down.
The breakfast was the same everyday. It was ok but there were flies and fruit flies around the breakfast area.
There were always huge flies buzzing around the breakfast area when the door was opened in the afternoon. I tried to complain to the staff but they waved it away like the flies were constant companions and they were just doing their thing. It made me quite uncomfortable. There was also a permanent stench of urine in the bathroom. Housekeeping came everyday but the smell was always there. It made the room quite uncomfortable for me. So it was a relief for me when I checked out.
