Pros:

Stayed here a few times and never disappointed. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Couldn’t have windows open as a bit noisy outside.
Staff helpful
Great location central to shops restaurants and bars.
Highlight was the breakfast good range and lots of it

Great stay, would stay again
Pros:

Great location, really comfy rooms

Cons:

Rooms were quite warm, we had the window open and it was quite noisy early in the morning outside

Perfect
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. The evening staff really helped me with my youngest lad who is neurodiverse. That really stood out for me. Would stay again and recommend.

Terrible! We will never book again with novotel. I expected more.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect.

Cons:

The telephone in the room did not work. The iron did not work, and I had to call reception from my mobile phone to ask for another working iron to be brought to the room, which they did. However, when the iron they brought was used, it spurted out black, brownish water and particles that marked the clothes. I had to ask for another iron, which was not up to much and made all the clothes wet with water coming out of it. I was even surprised to find no air conditioning in the room and no hand-wash basin in the small toilet. I expected more from the Novotel. We did not even get an apology from the reception when we checked out. I would not book with Novotel again, as I expected more from this hotel, especially given the money we paid to stay there.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Liverpool
Pros:

I frequently go to Liverpool and would never stay anywhere else. It is conveniently located on Hanover Street close to Liverpool One and only a short walk to Albert Dock. There are many restaurants within a 5 minute or less walk especially handy when it is raining if you don’t want to eat in the hotel restaurant.
The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is a car park next door and the hotel guests can get a concession there.
Highly recommended.
