Pros:

The location was good and staff nice

Cons:

Too much building work, waking my toddler up at 6am and when we messaged the hotel we got no reply. We traveled for a wedding and it made my son tired for the whole day. We understand building work can’t be helped but would have like a room at the other side seen as we were traveling with a toddler

Very good. Wide choice of restaurant food.
Great option to leave bags securely.
Good to have a pool to soak in.

Cons:

Spinner for swimming costumes, especially on leaving day.

Pros:

Location is great, short walk to Liverpool One, and short taxi ride to Anfield. Staff are very helpful, food in restaurant was nice, and breakfast was great.

Pros:

The location. Perfect with access to museums, shopping, bars, restaurants all within walking distance. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bar staff also pleasant.

Cons:

Swimming pool access disappointing. Too restricted and too many people especially children so didn't swim much.
