Can't escape the Builders
Pros:

It's located in a great area, giving a varied choice of entertainment around you depending on the direction you walk.

Cons:

Construction/Building work ongoing on property outside our room.
The reason for our break was to get away from building work that's ongoing next to our home.

Great location .
Pros:

Great location. Staff very pleasant . Comfortable bed .
Dining , not the best , but so many places near by , so didn’t matter.

Cons:

Lovely sized little executive room, separate loo, but no where to wash hands . Have to go to the bathroom. A little hand bowl would have been better .

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

We opted for a superior queen room with a sofa bed for our 2 year old son. The beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed. The room was a good size for 3 of us and it had a separate toilet and bathroom.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the centre by Liverpool One so walking distance for what we wanted. Parking was in the Q-park opposite the hotel which was easy to book (you get 30% discount from the hotel) and very close location.

The breakfast was generally very good with lots of options. They also provided full fat milk for free for my toddler. We stayed from Sunday to Tuesday and it was very busy one of the mornings at breakfast around 7:30/8am when it’s meant to be more quiet but there was a lot of work people staying there.

The swimming pool was good (VERY cold and when entering it but quickly warmed up when in) and the gym was nice and quiet too. There is a sauna room too. There was a lift from the swimming pool floor to your hotel floor so you could go back to your room with towels.

Overall a generally very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The room was comfortable and generally clean but the bath had quite a bit of mould in the corners which could have been removed / cleaned as not nice having that there.

The fridge in the room is very small and not very cold. On a hot day like we had, it would have been better much colder.

The chrome cast in the bedroom did not work, even brought our own but still didn’t work. Was a shame as our toddler watches a little bit of Netflix before bed so had to use the tablet we brought.

The swimming pool could be heated as it was just very cold, although you did adjust to it once in.
