Amazing!!!! Super friendly staff, fantastic location with easy access to lots of amenities.
Pros:

The location, the cleanliness, the comfort, space. The Staff though were exceptional, everyone of them made the stay more comfortable, as a single mother travelling to a large city with my sons it was comforting & reassuring to know that if I needed anything it wasn't too much trouble for the staff to help me. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether it be for business or pleasure.

Not 4 star
Pros:

I stayed here a couple of years ago and honestly the service was so much better then. Breakfast was warmed up buffet style and the staff looked fed up and not very friendly at all.

One of the coffee machines wasn’t working so I told one of the staff and she said try another machine. No thanks for letting me know.

I booked an exec room thinking it would be a bit nicer than standard but nothing special at all. The toilet was separate to the bathroom which is odd and had little plastic but milk. Why not provide fresh milk for tea or coffee. I would say that this hotel is more of a 3 star at best!

Good location, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

On the first night , it was sunday evening and everything was closed (i would have gone to tesco myself but it was closed) . I asked the staff for a spoon of yoghurt for my child who's 6 to take her medication, i mix it in and then she takes it. They did gave me some yoghurt in a coffee cup but they charged me £2 for it. I thought that was a bit unfair to do. But beggars cant be choosers and the girl at the bar knew i really needed it for my daughter.

Cons:

Rooms were tired. I booked an exec room it felt more standard with separate toilet a bit strange. Pillows old with no spares.
Reception staff were friendly but sadly breakfast staff were miserable and unhelpful. Breakfast mediocre at best.
