Stayed for an irish dancing feis & honestly the weather was horrible, having the tunnel made it so stress free!

Pros:

The staff wee extremely friendly the room was very clean and beds extremely comfortable . Food and service was very good . We are both gluten free and they had good gf options and staff very helpful .
We didn't use spa and leisure facilities but found them excellent in the past
Music in bar on saturday night was great and a wonderful atmosphere

All round great experience.
Pros:

The rooms were quiet and well furnished and suited our needs. The staff were friendly and accomodating.
The outdoor hot tub was an unexpected bonus and the secret garden resturant was just beautiful.

Cons:

Using the pool facilities wasnt particularly relaxing as they are doing renovations at the moment, however I'd be excited to re book once that has all been completed.

Comfortable stay, great swimming pool
Pros:

The staff were amazing, very welcoming and we loved the spa and swimming pool. Rooms clean and comfy, in need of modernisation but overall great. The location suited us but it is remote, a car is a must.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was ok- nothing special. Breakfast was good and the carvery lunch was lovely. The hotel is on need of modernisation, the corridor from reception to the rooms is a bit of an obstacle course with staff moving between staff areas and lots of marks and damage to the walls, made me worried for what the rooms would look like but they were great.

We liked the pool, and it was very handy to have robs provided and towels by hotel.

When we were booking the room there were no option to book a breakfast.
