Pros:

Excellent room, good, very helpful, staff and excellent location. I enjoyed the Breakfast and the grill room burger. Definitely will stay here again.
Top Marks for the water bottle top up initiative. The machine easy to use and lovely chilled water.

Cons:

Minor gripe, a bit of a Warren, better signage might help and a floor plan in the otherwise very helpful folder in the bedroom.

Great staff, hospitality and atmosphere throughout the hotel and the conference venues.
Pros:

I was at the WIB Conference and the venue was fantastic. Well organised, well laid out and the staff on hand were always available and helpful.

Cons:

My room was over the entrance and the wind around the flagpole kept me awake all night. The curtains don't close right to the end, so the bright external spotlights shone in as well.

Not as great as last time but still worth it
Pros:

I traveled with my sister and her two sons, one who is autistic. He was over simulated in the morning and couldn't face leaving the room. The breakfast staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful to arrange a takeaway breakfast that I could bring to their room.
My room was lovely and bright but I offered to switch with my sister as her room was smaller and a little more difficult to get to especially with bags and a child with special needs.

Cons:

Pool water was freezing. And staff seemed generally busy with sports teams and communions but that's more time of year then reflection on them. I have stayed before and it was much quieter and better experience.

We were made to feel so welcomed and it was my daughters communion and they went all out for her. She was made feel like a princess

Lovely place
Pros:

Handy location, not far from the North /ROI border. Very nice staff. Beautiful secret garden and cafe, there is also a play park for younger kids . Room was very spacious. Tasty cooked vegetarian breakfast.

Cons:

Did find it difficult to find the room but that might be just a me thing..
Menu could do with a few more vegetarian options.

Cons:

Room was dusty. Coffee cups were used already. Someone’s half eaten sandwich in fridge.
Bathroom can’t even talk about it. More hair in there than a hairdressers floor.
