Exceptional
Pros:

We really liked the pools and the breakfast was amazing!Dinner could have been better but overall we really enjoyed the meals. The staff was really kind.Realy an exceptional experience.

Pros:

Sauberes Hotel. Schöne Pool-Anlage. Tolles Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl. Es war auch immer bis am Schluss fast alles verfügbar. Häufig wird ja nicht mehr aufgefüllt ab einer bestimmten Zeit.

Cons:

Die Dusche war der Horror. Die Wassertemperatur wechselte im Sekundentakt und nicht nur wenig. Es ging von kalt auf extrem heiss innert Sekunden und dies immer wieder. Egal wie man den Temperaturenregler einstellte. Man war zwar 10 Minuten in der Dusche, aber geduscht hat man 1-2 Minuten. Den Rest der Zeit musste man abwarten.

Das 2. war die Parksituation. Es steht, dass sie Parkplätze für 15€ haben. Diesen wollten wir an der Rezeption buchen gleich für die ganze Zeit, damit wir uns keine Gedanken darüber machen müssen.
Leider ging das nicht. Man musste in die Tiefgarage reinfahren und parken. Danach musste man das Ticket aufbewahren und wenn man raus wollte, musste man zur Rezeption und das Ticket einlösen.
Und hier war dann das Hauptproblem.
Z.T. musste man warten, weil andere Gäste noch am Einchecken waren. Oder je nach Rezeptionist dauerte es viel länger und die Preise waren auch willkür.
Am besten hätten sie einfach einen normalen Automaten in der Garage, wo man selber zahlen kann. Der ständige Gang an die Rezeption nur um mit dem Auto aus der Tiefgarage zu fahren war wirklich nicht praktisch.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, schöne Lage am Meer, sehr gute Poolanlage mit großem Indoor-Whirlpool, zuvorkommendes Service, gute Bus- und Taxianbindung an das Zentrum, nettes Abendprogramm

Ontbijt en hotel waren prima, maar wij kregen een niet geboekte kamer, wij boekten een kamer met zijdelings zeezicht en kregen een kamer met voor het balkon een groot blok beton, waardoor wij totaal geen uitzicht hadden.Bij de receptie waren ze zeer denigrerend, en vertelden ons dat wij bad luck hadden met deze kamer. Er was geen andere kamer.
Ze waren zeer onvriendelijk bij de receptie.

Un séjour inoubliable et exceptionnel !
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et je le recommande sans hésitation.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l’ensemble du personnel. Que ce soit à l’accueil, au service, au spa, les femmes de ménage ou les masseuses, chacun a contribué à rendre ce séjour agréable. Toute l’équipe a fait preuve d’une attention et d’une bienveillance remarquables.

J’ai également beaucoup aimé le cadre magnifique de l’établissement, la superbe vue, l’emplacement idéal ainsi que le confort de la chambre. L’ambiance de l’hôtel était chaleureuse, reposante et très agréable.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe et merci à Filipe pour son accueil exceptionnel. C’est avant tout grâce à la qualité humaine du personnel que ce séjour restera un merveilleux souvenir.

Cons:

S’il y avait un seul point à améliorer, ce serait le buffet, notamment celui du midi. Bien que la qualité des plats soit satisfaisante, j’aurais apprécié davantage de variété au fil du séjour.

Cela reste toutefois un détail au regard de tous les points positifs de l’établissement. L’excellente qualité de l’accueil, le professionnalisme du personnel, le confort de l’hôtel et le cadre magnifique ont largement contribué à rendre mon séjour très agréable.

Pros:

I liked everything, the service, the staff and the place. It was close to shops, restaurants and transport. We could walk and enjoy the view. It was a pity it rained most of the day so we couldn't use the pool area. The staff was so kind and helpful. I was glad to be able to use the main entrance and the bottom gate from a big walk along the seaside.
