Pros:

Gute Lage wenn man zum Mount Rushmore fahren will. Liegt an einer Kreuzung, aber trotzdem ruhig. Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber. Parkplatz vorhanden. Pizzeria gegenüber mit guter Pizza. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch

Cons:

Frühstücksraum zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste. Man sitzt fast direkt in der Lobby.

Piscina stupenda ,ottimo soggiorno,colazione da rivedere
Pros:

I servizi ed il personale molto gentile.. la struttura presenta una piscina ed una spa spettacolari!

Cons:

I prodotti della doccia (shampoo e balsamo) erano di qualità scadente.. anche la colazione non è stata una delle migliori a causa del mancato rifornimento,alle nove già tutto terminato!

Never stay in a sleep inn.
Pros:

Could not stay because of car problems so called to see if I could move room to next night because I did not want to drive in night they said no and charged me for room.
Will never stay in a sleep inn again.

Cons:

The front deck was very rude and was no help as she was from out of country

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

Had issues with the key card not working. We had to change it couple of times.

I will not stay here again. I'll sleep in my car if necessary.
Pros:

The window shade made the room pretty dark. The coffee and sausage were good. Not really anything more that was good about this place.

Cons:

Check-in was a nightmare. Staff was inattentive. Room wasn't ready at check-in. Had to talk with two different managers and several front desk staff to try and get out of the lobby and into a room. The entire check-in process was horrible. Wasn't happy with breakfast. Eggs were sitting in a water bath. waffle batter wasn't mixed and wouldn't come out of the spigot (I had to take out the container and shake it up to get the batter to come out). The butter was so cold that it destroyed the cooked waffle. Maple syrup was ice cold and only served to chill the waffle even more. Several people in the breakfast room were complaining. Asked for a receipt to show that there were no "incidental" charges, and the front desk staff told me that incidental charges (if there were any) wouldn't show until after I checked out (which I had to point out that I was doing that at the time).

Cleanest is a big issue for here
Pros:

Place was in need of some cleaning overall no to bad but not very clean. The trash was overflowing by the elevator on the second floor the floors and walls were dirty.

I'm big on being clean and it wasn't very clean
