Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful. My bus got in very early and the reception staff were so helpful, giving me a phone charger and contacting me as soon as a room came available for early check-in.

Made our Bratislava trip very enjoyable.
Pros:

Well stocked, high quality breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable room. Location perfect. Close to Old Town and transportation.

Расположение отеля удачное, на тихой улице, недалеко от центра, рядом находится Голубая церковь, приятный ресторан Soho и суперамаркет Lidl. Номера обставлены удобной мебелью, завтраки порадовали разнообразием и вкусным кофе. Персонал доброжелательный, уборка номера и пополнение кофе, чая и сливок каждый день. Порадовали приятные моменты - приветственный бокал шампанского и шоколалки.

Cons:

Мебель со следами бытования, скорость интернета не очень высокая. Не работал холодильник, но после нашего обращения его быстро заменили.

Veľmi príjemný personál,izbička sice mala,ale bolo v nej uplne všetko potrebné. Dobra postel,voňavé mäkké periny. Kvalitné telové mydla,aj rychlovarna kanvica a čaj. Príjemný pobyt. Úplne v centre mesta,chutné raňajky.

Cons:

Jediná vec čo mi vadila bol extrémne tvrdý toaletný papier😅 inak bolo všetko super. Ďakujem.
