Pros:

The location is very good, they had (sort of a) bike storage, and it was clean. Staff was also very nice and helpful.

Cons:

It’s an old, dated hotel. Breakfast fits the same description.

No longer a 4*, living on past credits

The location and breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The booking website has this as a 4 star hotel. it might have been once upon a time, but no longer. We'd been in a 4* a couple of days before and this didn't have a patch on that one. The rooms are out dated and in need of a good clean. The shower was a trickle. The breakfast took place in the bar and reception area. So while you are eating you have deliveries being made and the manager talking to his staff. This doesn't make for a nice relaxing day.

Es war grandios
Pros:

Das Zimmer war so schön groß und geräumig .Die Wanne war das Highlight und Sie haben dekoriert voll süß weil ich Geburtstag hatte und einen kleinen Kuchen haben wir auch bekommen .
Der bestellte Wein hatte ich leider nicht als Geschenk bekommen,dennoch war er süß vorbereitet .Lg Kristina

Really clean, very quiet, big room, friendly staff, great breakfast.

Cons:

This hotel has its years, so quite a lot of things were worn out, plus it wasn't esy to close the wc door. Nevertheless, we liked the place and would stay there again.

Pros:

Prima locatie op loopafstand van alle touristische bezienswaardigen. Prima ontbijt met uitstekende koffie. We hadden het genoegen om de poetsvrouw bezig tezien en deze ging uitermate grondig te werk. De overdadige verlichting en bijbehorende schakelaars.

Cons:

lift had wat sneller gemogen maar dat had ook zijn charmes.

Pros:

Personale cortese e professionale, camere pulite e la posizione dell'hotel è ad un passo dal centro e dalla movida vicino le rive del Danubio. In camera era sempre disponibile una bottiglia grande di acqua fresca offerta dall'hotel. Buona la colazione, da migliorare la varietà dei prodotti. Buona qualità-prezzo.

One of our best hotels ever!
Pros:

Lovely room, comfy and large bed, air-con, kettle and cups, glasses, water provided every day in the fridge. Good stairs and a lift.
The breakfast, that was included in the price, was excellent, lots of choices, lovely quality, healthy food.
The staff were excellent, able to speak English, be kind and helpful, not intrusive at all.

I do not recommend this place at all.
Pros:

Nothing. There was absolutely nothing I liked. The hotel's staff cancelled my stay, and I had to look alternative. This is highly unprofessional hence the low grades from me.

Cons:

Everything - from staff to the location who do not felt responsible for their mistake. They cancelled my stay, and felt totally no responsibility for that, so I will complain to proper authorities as well.
