Une nuit incroyable à Capri
Pros:

L’emplacement est exceptionnel, notre chambre était incroyable, la vue depuis notre baignoire inoubliable, le petit déjeuner varié et le personnel vraiment aux petits soins, nous recommandons cet établissement pour séjourner sur l’île de Capri

Doskonały pobyt, doskonały hotel i cudowne Capri.

Doskonała pobyt. Capri jest cudowna, a hotel idealny. Idealna lokalizacja, blisko do plaży do przystanków autobusowych, do sklepu, do centrum Capri. Jednocześnie na delikatnym uboczu, także było cicho i spokojnie. Hotel bardzo kameralny, doskonale wkomponowany w otoczenie i architekturę Capri. Dużo zieleni i roślinności. obsługa hotelowa na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo miła o pomocna. Począwszy od personelu recepcji, poprzez Panie sprzątające, skończywszy na personelu restauracji oraz baru przy basenie. Pokoje przestronne, wygodne. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, spory i urozmaicony wybór. Wszystko idealnie :-)

Cons:

Nie ma żadnych minusów, wszystko idealnie. Jedna uwaga dla innych, my wybraliśmy pokój z widokiem na ogród i ulicę.
To była nasza decyzja, podyktowana uwarunkowaniami budżetowymi, niemniej zalecam wybrać pokój z widokiem na basen i morze, tam są balkony lub tarasy na parterze. U nas nie było balkonu, a przydałby się. Na przyszłość już będę wiedział jaki pokój rezerwować i też polecam na przyszłość innym chętnym.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

The breakfast wa delicious,the location was walkable to the main town.

Cons:

We saw a bus to Della PIccola after arriving on the tram so we purchased tickets and took the bus but it took us to the BEACH instead of the hotel. The names are the same so it would have been helpful to know the best way to arrive at the hotel from the tram.

Friendly staff and nice pool but needs proper clean and room updating
Pros:

Nice reception area and pool. Close to main town in Capri but still quiet and peaceful. Staff especially at bar friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was not that clean. The shower was very old and covered in limescale and there was dirt in the bath, reported but we never heard back. Terrace area overlooked by others and not private. Also dated, scruffy and not clean.

Staff was friendly

Cons:

At around 7:00 PM, a staff member who appeared to be a cleaner entered my room using a master key without knocking or obtaining my permission. This was very concerning and made me feel uncomfortable, as it was a serious breach of privacy and security.
