Pros:

Loved the Junior Suite, my kids had a nice spacious pool level room as well which was convenient for them. The service was great too. Overall it's a very convenient luxury Capri boutique hotel - short stroll to the beach down the hill and into main town but away from the. noise. Convenient taxi stop nearby too! I have now stayed here twice!

Cons:

There are a few maintenance areas that can continue to use more attention so this hotel can be top that it's capable of. I would recommend to invest in some new pool lounge chairs and cushions, some new interior lobby furniture and some tile repairs to some of the showers. Overall still great!

Un bellissimo hotel, elegante ed in posizione strategica
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la stanza ampia ed elegante, quasi una suite, la posizione centralissima a pochi passi dalla famosa piazzetta di Capri, il piccolo bar a bordo piscina gestito in modo egregio dal maitre e dal suo personale gentile ed efficiente.

Cons:

Il soffione della doccia a servizio della piscina era rotto, i rivestimenti dei materassini dei lettini della piscina erano macchiati e con qualche strappo, parte del personale che pur essendo assolutamente gentile e disponibile, come in altri casi, dimentica una regola fondamentale dell'ospitalità: salutare per primo l'ospite per farlo sentire bene accolto (in fondo fa parte del proprio lavoro). Se non avessi notato questi piccoli difetti il mio giudizio sarebbe stato "Eccezionale"

La posizione, lo staff e le sfogliatelle del buffet della prima colazione

Cons:

Tristemente la manutenzione non va bene e non se ne curano. Aria condizionata malfunzionante, piscina e accessori mal tenuta. Abbiamo trovato gli scarichi del lavandino bloccato così come il bagno della hall… purtroppo gli ospiti non mancano e quindi non ci si cura dei dettagli che dovrebbero sostenere la spesa della stanza che non vale il prezzo. Mi spiace ma pollice verso

Wonderful service and experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay (our second time). I loved the junior suite and also booked a pool floor room for our kids. This is a boutique hotel but very convenient stroll to BagniInternstionali beach club where we all had a great time and so close to the main town where we often easily popped into for shopping and dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful and special shout out to Chris as the pool bar and breakfast service and also Francesco. Thank you for another great stay we hope to be back again in the future!

Pros:

We just returned from a family stay at Hotel Della Marina Piccola and it was nothing short of amazing. The staff were the highlight — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our trip special from check-in to checkout. Breakfast was a treat every morning, with fresh options and a beautiful setting to start the day. The pool and bar were the perfect place to relax, and the views are simply stunning — exactly the Capri you dream about.
One small tip for fellow travelers: getting to the lobby takes a couple of steps and a short downhill walking path, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern. Beyond that, everything about this hotel is a genuine 10/10. We can't wait to come back.

Great location hotel public areas need addressing
Pros:

Location was great. 10 minutes walk to the centre of Capri.
We had a rooftop suite, which is perfect great views
Comfy bed
Decor a little dated
One bathroom was immaculate
Other bathroom needed new tiles re-grouting real shame

Cons:

The letdown of the property is the pool area really dated need to complete refit the tiles around the pool and in the pool all need redoing such a shame

Pros:

The rooms were nice and spacious, beds very comfortable. Beautiful view.

Cons:

The faucets seemed a little old and were harder to use.
People with mobility issues or that are a little less fit might have trouble with the fact that the hotel entrance is down a slope that you have to climb up evertime you want to reach the main road where the buses are. It's a short hike but kinda steep.
