Très dessus par le service client de booking qui fait trainer le remboursement de mon séjour.

La disponibilité, l'écoute et la réactivité du personnel !

Cons:

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la borne dans la rue qui permettait l'accès au garage privée de l'hôtel ne fonctionnait pas.
Ne voulant pas laisser notre voiture pleine n'importe où, le personnel compréhensif a bien voulu annuler notre réservation et nous a proposé un autre hôtel Adagio à Nantes où le parking était plus aisé et plus sécure pour notre voiture.
Ils ont aussitôt effectué le remboursement de la nuit vers Booking.
Vingt jours après, Booking, bien qu'ayant été remboursé par l'établissement ne nous a toujours pas remboursé.
La prochaine fois, nous passerons directement par Adagio.

Il Manque de la luminosité dans la douche. La Télévision trop près du lit pour se déplacer.

Que está en el centro y justo al lado hay un parking gratis, está todo muy limpio,

La cama pequeña y colchón está para cambiar,toallas y ropa de cama se podían mejorar y no había gel de ducha,

El sitio muy bien y la habitación grande, pero creo que le hace falta arreglar detalles y cuidar a los clientes con bebé

La habitación era grande y estaba muy bien situado y bien aislado.

Cons:

Íbamos con un bebé, pedimos una cuna con antelación y nos la concedieron, y al llegar no había cuna. Nos dieron una SIN MONTAr para que la montáramos nosotros, sin colchón y sin sábana para la cuna. Lo fabricamos nosotros con el edredón que había en la habitación.

Cons:

The laundry machines are only coin operated and the hotel reception never seems to have Eur coins. Better if this would be brought into 21st century and have credit card reader..

Posizione top e rapporto qualita prezzo super!
Pros:

La posizione dell hotel a pochi minuti da tutte le maggiori attrazioni.
L'accoglienza e stata super , in piu a disposiziine caffe gratuito acqua e aranciata in hall
La stanza molto carina , letto molto comodo e bagno con vasca , a disposizione tutto l'occorrente per poter cucinare e macchina del caffe nespresso. Affaccio sulla cattedrale.

Cons:

Ho sofferto un po il caldo nonostante l aria condizionata per il piumino del letto un po troppo caloroso. Da dire che sn stata qui in giornate di giorno da 35 gradi.
