Impeccable !
Pros:

Nous avons adoré l'Adagio. D'abord l'accueil du personnel est à la fois professionnel et amical. Les préposés à la réception étaient toujours souriants et toujours prêts à nous aider. Notons particulièrement l'excellent service donné par Nolan. Nous avions réservé la suite 513 (supérieure). Nous avons pu nous installer bien avant l'heure prévue, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié ! L'appartement est plus que spacieux, avec espace salon et espace dînette. Nous n'avons jamais vu une suite offrant autant de rangement. Le grand lit, ainsi que le divan, sont confortables et fermes. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La suite est rénovée, le décor est de bon goût, l'éclairage est bien conçu, la literie est de qualité et l'insonorisation est impeccable. De plus, la situation est idéale. Juste à côté : le château des Ducs de Bretagne, la Gare de Nantes, le tramway, le Jardin des Plantes, le Lieu Unique, ainsi que les quais d'embarquement pour les petites croisières guidées. Tous les quartiers de la ville sont à distance de marche. Merci à tout le personnel pour ce super séjour à Nantes ! Gaétane et Serge de la ville de Québec

Good location, friendly staff, would stay again
Pros:

Location - we stayed at the hotel for Hellfest. The location was ideal as it is close to the train station.
Facilities - room was fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking.
Privacy screen - the screens to separate the bedroom from the rest of the apartment was good. It felt like a separate room for sleeping.

Cons:

Lights - some of the lights in the room didn't work and there was too many light switches. It was hard to figure out what did what.
Clean - the shower felt like it needed a good scrub on the grout and silicone. It looks really dirty and was off putting.
Shower - the shower door didn't close properly unless you slammed it, and even then it still leaked and the floor was wet.
Toilet room - it was annoying that the toilet was in a separate room to the bathroom. It meant I'd have to walk through most of the apartment to wash my hands. It would have been handy to have a small sink if the room with the toilet.
Cutlery- clearly the cutlery is not checked between guests as our room had no forks.
Fridge - the handle on the cupboard door for the fridge was rubbish, it was a small straight knon which was hard to grab and open the door due to the weight. It would have been better it if was a long handle.
