Pros:

Персонал дуже привітний ,прибирання охайне,чисте. Сподобався ресторан і їх кухня -десять із десяти. Це був самий приємний відпочинок. Я раджу приїжджати в цей Готель на відпочинок Щиро вам вдячні.

Magnifique séjour à la mer et en pleine ville.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé à 25 minutes de l’aéroport en taxi, très facile pour visiter la ville (à 15 minutes en taxi ). Il y a plein de restaurant autour et la promenade de front de mer était très appréciée.
La plage est tout près, il suffit de passer par le tunnel privé (sous la route) , très pratique et sécurisé.
La plage est nettoyée quotidiennement et très propre. La chambre familiale est confortable, propre et assez grande pour 4.
La cantine est climatisée et possède une petite terrasse côté piscine. La nourriture est franchement correcte, beaucoup de choix. On trouvait toujours un plat à notre goût.
Le soir il y a de l’animation pour les grands et les petits. Nous étions ravis de trouver dans la chambre le compliment de l’hôtel: le vin et les fruits.
Le personnel est discret et efficace. Toujours à l’écoute des clients. Karina de « guest service » est très professionnelle et nous a beaucoup aidés. Un grand merci!

Cons:

Pas grand-chose.
Dans la chambre familiale il manque une chaise près du lit pour mettre les habits, pourtant il y toute la place.
Les piscines extérieures sont froides, et la piscine intérieure aussi, mais après le sauna ça fait du bien !

Kambario tvarkymas buvo blogas, rankšluosčių nekeitė 4 dienas. Senus šlapius rankšluosčius sulankstydavo ir padėdavo kaip naujus. Nešvarios grindys nei karto neišplovė, vonioje pelėsis, veidrodžius pati valiausi.

Pros:

The service was really good, personnel was friendly and welcoming. The food was also extremely good, every evening the dinner was inspired by different cuisines (Japanese, Mexican, Turkish). After the dinner there were entertainment shows, that are good for kids and adults. The room was clean and the cleaning was followed by every day. I really recommend this hotel if ypu want to have a pleasant and calm stay.

POOR Service, POOR Standards and APPALLING Management
Pros:

Absolutely appalling experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
I have stayed in many hotels over the years and have never felt the need to leave a bad hotel review before. This is the first time I have done so, and unfortunately this experience more than warrants it.
The biggest issue was the attitude of the management, particularly the guest relations manager, Engin Mai Ali, who I found to be the rudest member of staff I dealt with during my stay.
I have a skin condition which makes wearing certain wristbands extremely uncomfortable and can trigger a significant reaction. I explained that I could not wear the hotel’s grubby wristband against my skin. Rather than making any genuine attempt to understand the situation, discuss an alternative, or have a reasonable adult conversation with me, the response was to call security.
At one point, around five security staff were brought over and surrounded me. I found the whole situation intimidating and completely disproportionate. I felt sufficiently threatened by the posturing that I called the police myself because I did not feel comfortable with the way the situation was developing.
After the police attended and heard what had happened, the matter was discussed and the hotel subsequently began the process of refunding my stay. I was extremely relieved to be able to leave.
And unfortunately this was only one part of the experience.
The food was poor, the service was poor, and the hotel generally felt untidy and unclean. I was given an upgraded room, but even that failed to impress. The shower was poor and the overall standard of the room was nowhere near what I would expect from a hotel presenting itself as a quality resort.
Restaurant service was equally frustrating. Staff started packing the food away around 10 minutes before the advertised restaurant closing time.

Cons:

Communication was extremely poor. Aside from a small handful of staff, most were unable to communicate effectively in English, which made even basic requests unnecessarily difficult.”

A memorable stay, great staff, and specially Shirin. That goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a great stay

The gym is really good. I could not find such a gym in Istanbul. Even 4+ star ones are not as good as sea life’ hotel’s gym.
