Во-первых, номера прокуренные! Нам пришлось менять номер, т.к мою дочь начало тошнить от прокуренного номера! Интернет работает через раз!
Аниматоры совершенно без мотивации! Не могут даже детей на шоу собрать! Много чего не понравилось.

The Tourist office “Book line” is very helpful and make the tours very smooth.

Pros:

Отель отличный. Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная. Частный пляж. Сотрудниками постоянно поддерживается чистота на территории пляжа. На пляже всегда были свободные шезлонги с зонтиками. В номерах убирали и меняли полотенца каждый день. Очень доброжелательный персонал отеля. Спасибо Карине за клиентоориентированность.

We had an amazing stay! The location, activities, and nightly entertainment were top-notch. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the staff—they were incredibly helpful and wonderful. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Antalya and will definitely be recommending it to my friends.
