L'unica cosa che mi mancava in camera erano le luci di bajour che c'erano ma non si accendevano, il resto c'era e il personale è stato più che disponibile a venirmi incontro.

Camera foarte mica, baia foarte mica, foarte cald in camera, aerul conditionat nu facea fata. Daca deschideam geamul, se auzea foarte tare zgomotul strazii, hotelul fiind amplasat chiar la strada. Oricum zgomotos, abia am putut dormi, am stat doar o noapte. La micul dejun eu nu am mancat decat niste compot. Fructe, legume nu. Doar chestii impachetate, foarte saracacios, ness in loc de cafea. Pretul mi s-a parut mult prea mare pentru ce ofera

Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalla pulizia e dal servizio, una ottima scelta per Pisa
Pros:

Conoscevo già Pisa e conoscevo la posizione, vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni e degli autobus. La colazione aveva opzioni oltre alla tradizionale colazione italiana, l'ho trovata molto buona! Ottima la pulizia della camera, silenziosa, e del bagno con lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. C'è un minibar e mi hanno lasciato l'acqua. Ambiente familiare, c'erano famiglie che facevano colazione con me. Un'altra cosa, ho dimenticato, in camera, un profumo costoso ma la direttrice l'ha tenuto e l'ha consegnato a una mia amica, molto gentile!

Cons:

Non ho avuto l'informazione, quando ho fatto la prenotazione, che la reception non funzionava dopo le 17:00 e ho ricevuto un codice per accedere all'hotel, come sono arrivata la sera, ero preoccupata ma alla fine è andato tutto bene, ho pensato che mancava la comunicazione. Ho trovato il letto un po' piccolo e il materasso era molto rumoroso, per fortuna ho il sonno pesante. Il primo giorno, tornando dalla colazione, ho trovato la porta della mia stanza aperta ma senza nessuno dentro , Dopo circa 5 minuti è arrivata l'impiegata e si è spaventata con me e ha detto che stava cercando il suo cellulare... chiunque sarebbe potuto entrare nella mia stanza, Credo che un po' più di attenzione sarebbe opportuna.

Served what we needed - recommended and will re-stay here if there's another time.
Pros:

Well, this was a hotel which gave me almost what I expected at the price.
Check in and staff - this was super, we couldn't have agreed more. They also had our room earlier than planned, which was amazing since I was travelling with a child.
Breakfast - nothing out of the ordinary, but there was a little from everything. It was enough to send us explore Pisa with our tummies full.
Location - top location if you want to stay near the station. Pisa central was just a 30 min walk away. Lots of shops close by, which open till late.
Room - We had a functional AC (worked very good), a TV (had YouTube which was great since we don't know Italian well), a kettle and a fridge (this was TOP for us). The neighborhood was quite and the area felt safe. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend and would surely stay there again if I ever visited Pisa.
Others - host kept our bags so we could roam free. Thank you so much for making our holiday a success.

Cons:

The hotel was clean, but the decor is so so outdated, that it makes it look like it's not up to standard. I don't know why still good to use towels were changed - maybe the hotel will take this into consideration, to help the planet a little. Would have loved liquid soap rather than actual soap bars.

A good value for money .
Pros:

Our flight from Pisa was 12 hrs delayed. When we arrived at the hotel it was 2 hrs before check in time, the reception lady was so nice she let us go up to our room at once as we were very tired and hot from waiting at the airport for 4 hrs already. We spent a nice time in Pisa and relaxed really well before our flight was finally rescheduled to 22.00. The location is super good : 3 min on foot to the station and airport shuttle. 10 min away from main shopping street.

Cons:

Nothing . It is a bit worn (walls and furniture) but fair for the price and comfortable and clean.

Fin beliggenhed, mulighed for at tjekke tidligt ind. Lille, udslidt værelse. Sen morgenmad.
Pros:

Lå tæt på station. Værelser lå til gården, så der var stille trods befærdet vej ved hotellet.

Cons:

Værelset lignede ihverfald ikke billeder på bookingside. Var rimelig brugt.
Sen morgenmad - vi forlod hotellet 7.30 - og der var ikke mulighed nogen forplejning.
