Excellent service for a hotel in Hokkaido
Pros:

Location is good and staff service is excellent! Understands English and helps us with booking of restaurant for dinner upon our check-in. Went the extra mile for this service👍🏻

ホテルに隣接する、「北の国から」をテーマにした施設が良かった。

Cons:

チェックイン時に、近くで食事出来るお店が有るかを尋ねたが、隣接して「森の時計」やバーがある事を、ホテルから案内が無かったのは残念。夕食後に「SOU BAR」に行こうとしたが、営業しているのかどうかも分からなかった。
行きたかったが、あまりにも暗く熊が出そうで、行っても営業していないと困るので断念した。
せっかく良い施設があるので活性化に繋げる為にはホテルでもっとPRするべき。その結果ホテルの活性化につながると思った。前日に宿泊した星野系のホテルとの考え方の差が浮き彫りになった。

Pros:

朝食ビュッフェが品数が多く、美味しかった。
1階ロビーの売店の商品数が多くて、見ているだけで楽しい。営業時間も7:00～23時と長いため、利用しやすい

Cons:

あえて言うなら、大浴場までの道のりが長いこと。
1階ロビー▶フロント、売店を通過し、階段を降りる▶大浴場フロントまで歩く▶階段を上る▶リラクゼーションルームの横を通過、階段を上る▶大浴場
結構距離があるので、女性だと部屋着やスッピンでフロントの前などを歩きたくないという人もいると思う

まずまずで、よかったです。
Pros:

朝食は美味しかったですが、夕食のバイキングは、我々７０台後半の夫婦には食べる量からして、もう少しリーズナブルであってほしいですね。

A male caretaker at male Onsen room was extremely rude. He scolded loudly at me for a trivial issue of carrying a mobile phone with me (though I did’t use it).

Buffet BF and dinner qualities were not so good.

Cons:

温泉等の動線は改良工事が進んでいると思う。
外国人スタッフの対応は処理対応能力が不足していても一生懸命なのでやむをえない。
電話での詐欺メールトラブル対応の対話場面で個々の応対の話が長すぎて、話のキャッチボールができなかった。
最後は相手の話中にこちらから割り込んで用件を伝えた。

Pros:

Many staff to assist guests. Very pleasant experience all round. Room was large and had very well stocked amenities. Buffet dinner and breakfast had a lot of variety. Ningle Terrace is a short walk across the car park. Can get a direct bus from the train station and to the Lavender Farms.

Cons:

Access is a little hard without a car. Buses run direct but only every hour or 1.5 hours. Ended up catching a taxi one way.
