Malgré le cadre et le confort, le séjour a été terni par les équipes désagréables et ne surtout pas réserver par bookin

La propreté, la situation géographique sont des points forts

Cons:

Il n’y a pas d’accès au spa avec la réservation Booking.com, pas de produits (gel douche, shampoing …) et le personnel est désagréable et peu arrangeant

Pros:

The location of the Hotel was excellent and the staff were really nice and very helpful. The facilities were excellent and also the hotel was really clean.

Cons:

After paying a lot of money to stay here the Hotel could have provided some toiletries in the room there was nothing no shower Gel soap. And the beds are not great they could do with a few upgrades for this hotel definitely. Would I stay again yes I would.

Great spot, lovely staff, immaculately clean.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean and in a great spot for both the beaches and the old town. The staff were fantastic, particularly Joseph on reception!

Cons:

We found the breakfast a little basic and the very small room pretty expensive for what it was.

Exterior yard and the location was pretty good.

I dont think I have ever been in a hotel like this. I stayed for 7 days. For 6 days we didn't have soap and shampoo because the distributor didn't bring them. And im quoting the front desk manager here. We asked every single day and the answer was pretty much "tough luck". We were also told by the front desk manager that the service personnel was using wipes to clean their hands and all! Additionally some of the staff refused to answer in English to us. I would like to point out that my French is limited but i would use it to make life easier to anyone while some of the staff wouldn't even bother, even though it was obvious they would understand what I was saying in English. I have to point out that the exception to this was the front desk man on the very first day we checked in, he was polite, considerate and willing to help.

La chambre très vielle mais propre et inconfortable et très petite
Pas d équipement pour sécher les serviettes Spartiate ne devrait pas louer une chambre aussi bas de gamme pour le prix

Pros:

Nous sommes déjà venus dans cet établissement. C’est très agréable, c’est bien placé, les chambres sont très confortables, le petit déjeuner est très bon, en plus la piscine est superbe et le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique.

Cons:

Le fait d’avoir réservé sur le site Booking nous oblige à payer l’accès à l’espace bien-être à chaque fois, alors que c’est normalement gratuit par leur site

Very enjoyable in a modern garden room.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and garden hidden behind shops on street within 10 mins walk to beach and 20 mins to old town. An oasis of peace and calm. Lovely outdoor swimming pool and sunbeds.

Cons:

Breakfast was slim on options and hot choices ran out quickly not being replaced when visiting during the later part of serving period.

Vacanza a Mentone in un hotel dove ci si sente a proprio agio e molto bello.
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella e accogliente. È fornita di un parcheggio al costo di 9 euro al giorno. Il parco con la piscina è bellissimo e molto curato. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera essenziale, ma adeguata, purtroppo nel nostro caso non c era il terrazzino e la finestra dava sul retro dell hotel.

Cons:

Mia figlia è celiaca, ma purtroppo non c è un menu’ senza glutine per cui abbiamo sempre mangiato altrove e a colazione c è del pane senza glutine ( buono ),ma a rischio contaminazione perché lasciato aperto in un cestino.

Gemütlich mit viel Sonne

Generell war die Unterkunft sehr gut, es war sehr herzlich und einladend.

The building is beautiful but could be so much better
Pros:

The hotel is a beautiful building , way beyond 3 stars , the grounds are lovely to walk around and only a 10 minutes walk to the beach , parking was easy and secure

Cons:

Paying for parking , should be included and not extra , the breakfast was included but I understand why , if you had to pay with a choice , you would not have it , could not get a drink at the bar until the young guy at reception was able to serve you as he was doing both Jobs from 2 to 6
Didn't have dinner so can't comment
Honest opinion , stunning grounds and building but overall a 2 star hotel but with investment I would suggest that the hotel would be one of the best on the coast
