Mi dispiace molto avevo prenotato massaggio spa per le 17:15 prima del mio lungo rientro in Svizzera
Ma al mio arrivo la spa era chiuso!

Se fossi stata avvisata anche solo sms della disdetta avrei potuto fare altro o rientrare prima anche a casa Peccato.

It was wonderful
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel for 11 days was wonderful) The green area and the pool were well-groomed and clean. Our room had a view of the sea and the garden. The room was newly renovated, the furniture is new, very cosy. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. We're glad we stayed at this hotel. We'll definitely come back again :)

Belle façade, non loin du centre historique.
chambre confortable

Attention le parking est payant

Cons:

le système d'éclairage automatique dans la salle d'eau, pas très pratique lorsqu'on veut prendre une douche avec la lumiere qui s'éteint toutes les minutes.
à mon sens, pas judicieux ou alors augmenter la durée d'éclairage.

Le personnel accueil a l écoute et très agréable pour la première nuit une belle chambre spacieuse au centre de tout a pieds fort agréable un super petit déjeuner aussi salle spacieuse

Le barman pas agréable du tout quand on demande deux planches a 6 euros et que l on vous réponse ce soir s est que du saucisson lol super ☹️sur un ton ...alors quand on regarde les photos cela vous vends un apéritif génial !!hôtel rénové oui je pense mais finissions dans la salle de bain moyen . Du monde a hôtel 20 transat a peine au tour de la piscine obligé de se mettre parterre pas top

A sunny delight
Pros:

Location is great. 10 mins to the beach, old town and train station( go out the back exit and turn left, walk straight down to traffic lights and you can see the trains station) Beautiful exterior and gardens. Reception and bar area are ok. Our triple room was big with a balcony overlooking the pool/gardens and beautiful bathroom. Pool is lovely, well looked after, peaceful and comfortable. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. Continental and some cooked. Never saw a single member of staff in there in 5 days.
Lady receptionist and Joseff (English guy)were amazing.
La Trattoria restaurant is 5 minutes walk and amazing.

Cons:

Beyond the reception the hotel is soulless. Long drab corridors with dim lighting, no paintings or furniture decorate the hallways. (Expected twins to be stood at the end every night;))Dull painted walls. This building lends itself to a much more exotic, elegant French decor.
Our security safe didn’t work, in fact it wasn’t even connected you could walk around the room with it, so for 5 days we had to carry our passports with us. The hotel didn’t offer an alternative solution.
The barman…. Mmmm was so slow, inefficient and rude.
