Relaxing and easygoing holiday with very lovely surroundings.
Pros:

The location by the lake and next to the castle was perfect. It was spotlessly clean with large, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ample and well cooked ( could benefit from having beans or grilled tomatoes with the cooked breakfast).
Staff were courteous and mostly efficient. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels left. The restaurant and bar were right next to the water with beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset.
The pool was nice and we enjoyed the very warm thermal water, sometimes wished we had a cool pool to jump in when the temperature went over 40, but the shower sufficed. The sauna and steam rooms were as you would expect and very clean. The only criticism I have is regarding the sunbeds as there are not enough and if you don’t get there early you can’t get one. Often there are towels on the bed but no people on them - the rules say that after 30 mins the staff will remove the towels but this didn’t happen as a matter of course. When we asked for something to be done the lifeguard did remove the towels from the “saved “ beds of people who had gone out. They could also do with offering waiter service around the pool, offering drinks or snacks as we always had to get up and go inside to order something which was a bit of a bind and often the bar was unattended and so we had to go to the reception desk to ask for service. This definitely is an area for improvement.
Overall we had a wonderful time in beautiful Sirmione and would recommend Hotel Sirmione Terme.

Cons:

Poor service around the pool at times. Lack of sunbeds/ adherence to rules regarding removal of towels.
Cooked breakfast needed some veg to go with it - beans , tomatoes or mushrooms.

Superhotel, aber nichts für Fahrradfahrer.
Pros:

Lage direkt neben der Scaligerburg und Wellnessbereich sind einfach super.

Cons:

Für Radfahrtouristen (wie wir es waren) nur äußerst eingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Es gibt keine geeignete Abstell- und Lademöglichkeit, nicht einmal einen Rat, wo man die Räder gerade auch über Nacht lassen könnte.

Perfektläge på hotellet med många möjligheter till utflykter
Pros:

Kändes som man stekte på äggröran och baconet som var över från dagen innan. I övrigt var frukosten mycket bra, hade kanske gärna kunnat beställa omelett

Cons:

Hade gärna haft 2 fåtöljer och ett bord i stället för ett skrivbord

Pros:

La comida súper buena .
Tome la media pensión y fue lo mejor.
Solo el desayuno deficiente y no hay na quinas de café. Si bien te dan café pero cuando llega a tu mesa o ya esta frío o ya terminaste tu desayuno. Esto muy mal.
La cena es un poema 4 tiempos espectaculares y deliciosos .
El spa súper.!!

Cons:

Que el tiempo vuela y quisiera no terminará la experiencia.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage direkt am See.Zimmer sauber und mit Klimaanlage.
Bad mit viel Platz. Gutes Hotelrestaurant. Hotelbar mit großer Cocktail Karte und ideal zum Chillen beim Sonnenuntergang.

Мені не сподобалось, що мене ввели в оману стосовно парковки. Замість обіцяної парковки, я отримав штраф від паркувальника на 61 євро. Зіпсували всі враження від відпочинку.

Lovely relaxing break, a few tweaks needed
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great position.
Relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

Lack of mirrors in rooms, nowhere to hang towels when showered.
Some areas could have been a little cleaner in communal areas.
Coffee wasn't brilliant, could do with a taste test.
