Poor manager help to solve booking.com issue
Pros:

Facilities were good

Cons:

The staff manager did not help with a booking.com issue.
It took hours to be given access to our room even through they were paid before we arrived. Will not use hotel again aa their attitude was hostile for an issue they could have resolved before we arrived. Very disappointing. Felt sorry for the receptionist as manager said wasn’t there but could see him sitting behind the screen.

The minibar was chargeable of course but no list of costs. Even the still bottled water was charged for each day.
Unhappy with the size of room and terrace, it was not as shown on booking.com pictures.
Terrace much smaller, disappointing, very small balcony only.
The food at the hotel was not as good as local restaurants, so would recommend to eat out.
Hot breakfast was disappointing, scrambled eggs and bacon, not always warm.
Ate bread and cheese most of the week instead.

Zentral gelegen, super schön eingerichtete Zimmer und das hilfsbereiteste Personal ( Daniel) das ich je erlebt habe, ein Volltreffer🏆ich komme sicher wieder

Beautiful spot - nice room with patio - great location - lack of information and some staff not good
Pros:

The location of this hotel is wonderful - right on the lake and by the castle. Easy walking to squares and ferry dock to other parts of the lake. Nice breakfast and the tables right by the lake - great to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset

Cons:

Lack of information on facilities - very difficult to work out how some things work (shower for example). Some staff were very nice (housekeeping and some receptionists) - some were quite diffident - almost rude. Did not like that the bar closed at 10.30 pm and the rather pushy staff would come round with the card machine to take payment by about 9.45 - did not feel very welcoming and know you need to cash up - but that felt excessive and that they just wanted to leave

Molto rilassante e in linea con le aspettative, anche considerando il prezzo non modesto del weekend

Servizio navetta dal parcheggio convenzionato, camera con vista meravigliosa sul lago

Cons:

Struttura ben tenuta, ma comunque si vede l’età. Mancava kit benvenuto in camera e nel bagno, soprattutto considerando che si è in un terme hotel.
Nelle terme c’erano alcuni servizi momentaneamente fuori servizio

It’s a must!
Pros:

The spa and thermal bath. The hotel was beautiful! Great breakfast! Dinners were delicious!

Cons:

My mattress was very stiff. Once the AC was controlled it was comfortable.

Der Urlaub war wunderbar, den Außenpool habe ich genossen, das Wetter war auch sehr gut.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen die Aussicht vom Balkon war sehr schön!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war jeden Tag das gleiche !
