Super Lage; tolles Ambiente; schönes Zimmer mit Terrasse; Pool-Anlage mit Wellness im Haus, sehr angenehm; vergünstigter Eintritt in die Terme Mo-Do; Parkservice

Cons:

Parken nicht ganz günstig; Service in Bar und auf der Terrasse am See permanent überfordert - späte Bedienung am Tisch, Tische nicht abgeräumt, ineffizient in den Abläufen; Bar schliesst früh am Abend; Rechnung auf Zimmer schreiben extrem umständlich

Eccellente struttura a Sirmione. Top View!
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, dal rapporto qualità prezzo, ai servizi, ai prodotti del bagno, al ristorante e il bar dell'hotel.

Cons:

Forse cambierei la moquette nei corridoi comuni per dare una "rinfrescata" si corridoi delle camere e cambierei qualche decorazione, ma nel complesso mi son trovato benissimo.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Głośno w pokoju. Zarówno od strony korytarza jak i zza okna. Cienkie ściany.

Wygodny hotel że świetnym personelem i fajnym SPA
Pros:

Atutami obiektu jest świetna lokalizacja i fajna strefa SPA z zewnętrznym basenem termalnym, saunami itp., dostępna dla gości w cenie pokoju (o ile pamiętają o gumowych klapkach :-) Personel bardzo pomocny, zwłaszcza super miła Pani w strefie SPA pomagająca na bieżąco rozwiązywać problemy. Bardzo dobre było też śniadanie, z obfitym wyborem dań i soków. Polecam. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój w jakiejś promocji na Booking.com i to był świetny interes :-)

Cons:

Miejsce parkingowe dodatkowo płatne (w Sirmione I generalnie w hotelach to zapewne standard, ale dotychczas korzystaliśmy z apartamentów, gdzie było ono w cenie). Lokalizacja jest świetna, ale w ciągu dnia oznacza to tłum turystów przewalający się w okolicy hotelu - miłośnicy kameralnych klimatów muszą to brać pod uwagę:-)

Very good breakfast and SPA service

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room didn’t work, and later we found out that it wasn’t working throughout the entire hotel. During our stay, the room temperature stayed around 25–26°C, which made it very difficult to sleep, even with a fan and the window open. Guests should be informed by hotel about such inconveniences before arrival.
