הבריכה.

Cons:

‏הגענו וקיבלנו חדר זוועה בבניין של הבריכה והיה של גופרית.

‏ביקשתי להחליף אפילו לחדר יותר זול בבניין השני ולא לקבל החזר כספי וזה היה בסדר מבחינתי.

‏נאמר לי שאין חדר כמו שביקשתי למרות שראיתי בבוקינג שיש שניים.

‏אבל אז הציעו לי חדר יותר יקר בתוספת של 250 יורו למה הם אומרים שכביכול אין את החדר שרציתי.

‏בלית ברירה נאלצתי לשלם את הכסף ולעבור חדר.

Gradevole per il contesto molto migliorabile l'hotel

La posizione dell'hotel e' ottima. l

Cons:

La colazione e'ricca e c'e' disponibilita' anche se l'aspettativa per un 4 stelle e' maggiore. la piscina ha un numero limitato di lettini all'esterno ed all'interno e la sua posizione vicina ai pontili delle barche turistiche rende la permananza all'esterno molto poco cocnfortevole. molto fastidiosa e' anche la vicinanza delláttracco delle navi delle compagnie di navigazione che rendono la parte esterna del ristorante molto rumorosa. inaccettabile l'aggressivita'dei passeri ai tavoli del ristorante.

Pros:

La spa è davvero il punto forte. Anche la zona ristoro è super piacevole. Devo dire che la camera da letto mi ha conquistato, comodissima. Ci tornerei volentieri solo per queste cose. Ottima esperienza.

Katastrophaler Aufenthalt und Ekelhaft dazu
Zimmer stinken nach Chlor,neues Zimmer bekommen nach Reklamation.
Eingang Lobby stinkt nach Fäkalien (2tes Gebäude)

Parkplatz Gebühr Extra 120€ obwohl gebucht inklusive Parken..
Frühstück nicht gegessen ganze 5 Tage.Alles umsonst. Pulverkaffee kein Frischkäse.Latte oder Cappuccino muss extra bezahlt werden.
Man versteht kein Deutsch,wenn dann nur 5.Klasse Englisch.
2km Auto weit weg Parken müssen.
Das nicht mal die Geschäftsführung auf unsere Probleme eingegangen ist finde ne pure Frechheit.1500€ für 5 Nächte
Das schlimmste Hotel in meinen letzten Jahren.
Die ganze Schuld schiebt man auf Booking.
Wieso behandelt man Gäste so wie Dreck???Im voraus alles bezahlt und dann sowas.
Der Ekelhafteste Urlaub in den letzten Jahren

Das Hotel ist nicht mal 2 Sterne wert!!!

Super zentrales Hotel mit aussergewöhnlicher schöner Bar am See
Pros:

Lage ist top, Restaurant und Bar am See ist einzigartig und genial. Morgenessen war lecker und hat Erwartungen erfüllt. Auch super: Der Transfer vom Parking (Grifo), welcher nur für Hotelgäste da ist. Das einfach top!

Cons:

Das Badezimmer, konkret die Dusche, sah nicht wirklich einladend aus, wurde mehrfach repariert und sollte erneuert/ersetzt werden (Zimmer 32). Zudem ist die Klimaanlage zu laut, als das sie auch in der Nacht eingeschaltet bleiben kann. Im Hochsommer wohl ein Problem, Ende August konnte man sie einfach ausstellen, wenn man die Klimaanlage den Tag durch laufen lies. Die SPA Anlage ist schön, nichts aussergewöhnliches, aber ein ganz passend.

L'hotel situato a due passi dal castello, vista meravigliosa, lo staff davvero eccellente,la cena e la colazione veramente eccezionali. torneremo sicuramente.

Beautiful amazing miss it already!!!
Pros:

Location to the lake was amazing. Ladies at reception and check in were fantastic. Breakfast beautiful- cannot fault any part of this hotel. Restaurant staff equally fabulous too.. definitely recommend junior suite… love love love this hotel xxx

Nothing other than we had to leave!!!
