Ok for 1 night
Pros:

The room’s terrace was nice, great view! Breakfast was good too!

Cons:

Outdated. It didn’t feel like a 4star hotel. The pool super small for the amount of rooms.

The service was disappointing from start to finish. The staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and showed little willingness to assist. We received minimal information regarding the parking arrangements or the shuttle service, leaving us to figure out the logistics ourselves.

On arrival, we had to transport our own luggage, and on the day of departure there was no shuttle available to take us and our luggage back to our car. This was extremely inconvenient and fell well below the standard of service we expected from a hotel of this calibre.

We had a wonderful time in historic Sirmione.
Pros:

The location was fabulous.
The rooms were perfectly clean.

Cons:

Pool was too hot and did not serve to refresh us on a hot day. I could barely stay in it.
Having to pay upfront for our drinks which is unusual for Italy.
The hotel and facilities were underwhelming- we expected a lot more for the hefty price we paid.

Hotel charmoso, bem localizado em Sirmione. Staff bem atenciosa. Café da manhã farto ao ar livre.
Pros:

Quartos limpos e iluminados. Tamanho do quarto adequado para 2 pessoas.

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno para apenas 1 hóspede.
Toalhas ásperas que não acolhem, abraçam o hóspede. Elevador antigo, barulhento e demorado.

Fab location, great breakfast, clean. Delicious cocktails and generally friendly staff.

Cons:

It seemed odd that there is a rule against filling up water bottles from the water dispensers. My friend tried to pack a croissant for me as I didn't make it down to breakfast and got told off by staff which also seemed odd to us.
