Beautiful hotel located on Lake Towada with wonderful staff
Pros:

Very well maintained and wonderful staff. Onsen on site. Very good breakfast and dinner. Very relaxing.

Cons:

The AC did not cool well at all. I would not stay there in the summer months.

ご飯が美味しくてとても良かったです。
レストランのスタッフの方のホスピタリティも素晴らしかったです！！
お誕生日ケーキを追加でオーダーしましたが、フルーツたっぷりで、生クリームもちょうど良くて、あたたかみのある上質なおもてなしの心を感じるケーキでした。
お庭でのんびりできてそれも良かったです。

Cons:

コンパクトでシンプルな造りのホテルなので、快適でしたが、しいて挙げるなら、トイレが狭かった。

Pros:

食事の美味しさとロケーション。　
露天風呂も景色が美しくのんびり出来ました。雨に降られ靴がびしょ濡れでしたがレセプションの方には古新聞をいただき助かりました。スタッフの方も、すれ違うとハキハキした挨拶をしてくださり気持ち良かった。

最後一天要離開前跟櫃檯詢問是否可以裝飲用水，但不知道是不是語言溝通的問題，客服人員回覆沒有提供飲用水，要自己花錢買瓶裝水，回覆的態度有點強硬。這樣的狀況讓原本美好的體驗留下一些遺憾。

Hotel bij mooi meer en mooie natuur. Huurauto aan te raden
Pros:

Echt Japans hotel zonder toeristen!!
Wij hadden pech omdat het veel regende. We zijn met de auto gaan rijden naar de prachtige natuur en de watervallen. Veel gewandeld maar een boottochtje op het meer zat er helaas niet in. Trouwens een goede kok in het restaurant, heerlijke Wagyu gegeten!!
Overigens ook een zeer mooie tempel in de buurt.

Cons:

Ik had graag een authentiek dorpje gezien in de buurt. Dat miste ik een beetje.

Cons:

No room cleaning for my second day. Front desk told me my booking is "no cleaning plan", which I am not aware of, nor I am aware of any other hotel that offer booking for "no cleaning plan". Anyway, the staff gave new towels to me.
