Cet établissement est une vraie perle rare dans la magnifique ville de Cartagena. À côté de tout, rooftop avec vue très sympa sur le centre historique ! La piscine est sublime ! Du côté du personnel, rien à dire, ils sont tous adorable que ce soit les filles à la réception, comme au ménage ou au bar ! Merci pour ce séjour

Estafa de marketing ,hotel malas condiciones
Pros:

Las estancias no es como te lo ves en las fotos pesima las instalaciones, sucio dicen que en obra pero eso se ve que hace tiempo están de obra pero están paradas no hay TV en la habitación, sucias , las toallas viejas , atención regular , lo bueno es por la ubicación el. Precio caro como está el. Hotel tan pésimas , no vendan algo que no es real fatal pésimo todo dejado , no se fijen en la valoración esta trucada .

Engaño en excursiones!!!

Tiene buena ubicación, el bar de la azotea tiene una pequeña piscina para esos tiempo muertos.

ESTAFA!! ENGAÑO!! NO COMPREN EXCURSIONES DEL HOTEL, nos vendieron excursion 5 islas y no se cumplió nada de lo que dijeron y que enseñaron en fotos y videos, snorkel? Gafas sin tubo a compartir entre todos los del barco, no dieron agua, empezaron 1 hora más tarde, cambiaron el destino de islas del rosario a una con agua turbia, sucia, de piedras e instalaciones deterioradas.

La habitación del hotel; la ventana no cerraba bien, entraba el ruido de la calle.

Estaban de reforma en el hotel, obras.

Solo tiene un ascensor con ocupacion de 2 personas máximo.

La iluminación del baño era insuficiente para utilizar el espejo del lavabo.

Very comfy night sleep, location central to both the historic centre and Getsemani. Clean room.

Cons:

We stayed on a Thursday and Friday night and music could be heard from the rooftop to our room on the second floor until late.
