Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service
Pros:

Our villa room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and highly comfortable. The only downside was the jacuzzi, which was inconsistent and only functioned properly every other day. However, the incredible staff more than made up for it. They were all deeply friendly and attentive. A special thanks to Micky, who proactively took the initiative to handle our luggage during checkout, and restaurant staff En (tamarind) and Pia, who were highly professional. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Stay With Great Service and Hospitality
Pros:

I recommend staying at this hotel. It offers excellent service, a beautiful beach, a great swimming pool, and an outstanding restaurant. The team provides a warm welcome, especially Mr. Nat, who arranged a very nice and clean room for us.

High end resort with top food and facilities for kids
Pros:

We come here already 8 times and the staff and food, facilities and kids club are amazing. Mrs. Pare doing the lunch and dinner is super efficient and friendly. Mr. Nat and Mickey always super welcoming and very good in organising romantic surprise dinners. Their smiles make you feel so welcome. Chef Kai is outstanding with his inspiring Tamarind restaurant overlooking the sea and swimming pool and presenting seafood served in pineapple, crab curry and the beloved pomelo salad with flowers and scallops. The kids club ladies are super ! Noon and all team have a several activities where kids can develop their creative spirits. The hotel is high end quality in a quiet environment. Has 3 pools, is nearby the beach and has special evenings (fire show....).

Excellent front desks stuffs
Pros:

"Even though I have been a member for 3 years, I had never visited this property before as there weren't many reviews available. I decided to stay this time to collect my eligible nights, and I was deeply impressed from the moment I checked in. Khun Nut at the front desk provided exceptional service—so attentive that I felt truly pampered. The beach is beautiful and highly suitable for children due to the calm waves. The Saturday activities were plentiful, and the buffet was delicious. I am very impressed and would like to thank Khun Nut and all the front desk team members for being so lovely. However, the pool bar staff could be a bit more engaging as they seemed a little quiet. I will definitely return in the future."

Great stay, amazing hospitality :)
Pros:

Just completed a two week stay at Pullman Panwa to rest and catch up on some work, and this has been my best vacation in Phuket. The breakfast was outstanding with sufficient healthy options such as varying fresh juices daily was a big plus. The room and views looking out to the Andaman Sea, especially when the tide is out is especially mesmerizing. But what made the stay truly memorable were the staff - special mention to Yayee (thank you for customizing our low salt Thai dishes during breakfast and cooking them so well), Pan (thank you for bringing us out for a Marine Walk to spot inter-tidal sea creatures), Micky (thank you for noticing that we were working hard and gifting us a fruit plate to motivate us), Nat for checking us in, and the very friendly breakfast staff Yogi, Yah, Dan, Ray Moo, Pui, Kae for remembering our preferred seats and morning drinks. We will be back! :)

Good food, great hospitality

Our stay at Pullman Panwa Beach was fantastic.

The Indian Chef Raju, Bakery Chef Game and staff supervisor Kate provided exceptional hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made our stay memorable.

Their kindness and humility were truly commendable.

A Paradise
Pros:

We were met and greeted by Mr Mickey , the most energetic, nicest most helpful human being who went out of his way to make our stay memorable.
We were escorted by Mickey to our private pool ocean view villa , it was perfect and reminded me of my stay in the Maldives.
We were in an all inclusive plan , we had our first night dinner at Tamarind Restaurant , we were served by Miss Husniah , who helped us in selecting our meal and ever since , for the next 4 days , the day we checked out, she was helping us in e every way she could. Thank you Husniah .
A special thanks to our housekeeping lady Miss Kung , who did an excellent job in cleaning our mess .
I visited the spa with my wife and I had my session with Miss Honey who did an excellent job on my aching back .
BF was good although we could not get fresh orange juice.
Our stay was perfect and we will definitely visit again soon .

wonderful stay
Pros:

Nat, the handsome guy at the front desk, checked us in—and he was so warm and attentive that we truly felt at home. With stunning views right outside the hotel and such comfortable service, it was an absolutely wonderful experience!

Lovely vacation resort for the family.
Pros:

The facilities and the service we got was amazing. Our room got upgraded as we needed our kids room to be side by side and they did that without any hesitation. The booking manager Nat was very helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious with great variety. Pools were clean and beautiful. The beach was calm and relaxing.

Cons:

Honestly it was amazing but I would say that the restaurants food cost were on the higher side.
