Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near Shinsaibashi Station. The room was spacious enough, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly

Cons:

The air conditioner in my room was leaking, causing the carpet to become wet. The wet carpet made the room smell unpleasant and uncomfortable.
