Das Hotel und die Lage des Hotels.

Das kalte Essen beim Abendessen . Trotz mehreren Beschwerden (wie wir auch von anderen Gästen gehört haben).

Cons:

Kühlschrank im Zimmer trotz austausch defekt. Abendessen die ganze Woche monoton. Keine Abwechslung. Der Weg vom Zimmer zum Lift war eine Wanderung. Trotz bitte an der Rezeption um ein anderes Zimmer keine Reaktion.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage und sehr gutes Essen.
Pros:

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – sowohl der Strand als auch zahlreiche Lokale sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, das Zentrum von Medulin ist in etwa 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind hervorragend und bieten eine große Auswahl. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer sind jedoch sauber, gepflegt und völlig in Ordnung. Besonders schön gestaltet ist die Hotellobby.

Der Außenpool, der Indoor-Pool, der Wellnessbereich sowie der Fitnessraum lassen keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt ist es ein tolles Hotel, in dem wir fünf wunderbare Nächte bei herrlichem Wetter verbracht haben.

Von den wenigen negativen Bewertungen sollte man sich nicht abschrecken lassen – unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen und wir können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Teppichböden in den Zimmern und Gängen gehört erneuert, das ist aber eine kleine Kritik.

Pros:

Sauber, freundliches Personal, Betten angenehm, schöne Aussicht (Balkon, Meerseite), Essen war meistens recht gut

Cons:

Zu wenige Sonnenliegen im Hotelareal, daher meistens ein Kampf am Morgen, da der Hotelgarten groß genug ist, könnte man mehr Liegen beschaffen und auch mehr Fläche im Garten nutzen

Serwis sprzątający do wymiany, braki w wyposażeniu pokoju jak na 4*, brak półek w szafie, stojaka na walizki, niedziałająca lodówka, brak wymian pościeli, brak odkurzania pokoju, znikające ręczniki, brudna wykładzina i zasłony
Brak obsługi na basenie, brak i brudne leżaki, niedoczyszczony basen.
Hotel wymaga odświeżenia, bo widać po nim zużycie

Vrlo ljubazno, srdačno i marljivo osoblje. Lokacija objekta i pristup plaži su odlični.

Cons:

Čistoća nije bila na očekivanom nivou. Sobe bi trebalo detaljnije očistiti, te se također dosta često moglo vidjeti prljavih tanjura i zdjelica u restoranu.

Csendes nyugodt helyen, parton lévő hotel.
A reggeli választékos, bár minden nap ugyanaz.
Az étterem és az egész hotel tiszta és kulturált, jó illatú.
A medence szuper, sós vízű, a hőfok nagyon kellemes.
Nagy és jól felszerelt konditerem.

Cons:

Borzasztóan kényelmetlen (puha, süppedős) matracok minden szobában. (4-et foglaltunk). A dupla ágyakon szétcsúsznak a matracok.
A medence mellett kora reggel ( 7 előtt) foglalni kell az ágyat mert utána egész nap nincs szabad nyugágy.

Pros:

Tisztaság, jól felszerelt fürdő, kedves személyzet, finom bőséges reggeli és vacsora , kőzel a tenger és medencék.

Cons:

Minden délután szöktek a medencébe a gyerekek, habár megvolt tiltva. Senkit nem érdekelt.
A parkoló hátsó részén kaptunk helyet, 8 nap után újjnyi porral volt belepve az autó.
