広い部屋に変えていただいた
コーヒーサービスがよかった

Cons:

スタッフの対応がプリンスホテルの格でなく、普通の対応だった(ホスピタリティを感じなかった)
部屋が異常に寒かった(急に寒くなったので、やむを得ないところもありますが…)

川越の街を沢山歩いて散策
Pros:

受付の方（久保さん）がとても丁寧で、最初からホテルの印象が良かったです

電車で来られる方には駅が直結な所が良いと思いますが、車で来て観光名所に歩いて行くのには少し距離があります。

Pros:

施設全体が綺麗でよかったです。
あと車で利用したのですがエントランスの車を横付け出来る距離が長く建物の下なので雨でもストレスなく荷物を下ろすことが出来ました！
