Pros:

A beautiful, spacious property with delicious and varied breakfasts and dinners. There are plenty of play areas for children. The rooms are clean and recently renovated. The property is quiet, with good soundproofing and fast wi-fi

Cons:

I am lowering my rating because of several important issues:

- The indoor pool was only 25°C, which is critically cold for toddlers. The outdoor pools were even colder, 23°C.
- We had problems with hot water in our room. We contacted reception and they sent a technician, who simply told us to let the water run until it became warm. For two days, the water in our room was barely warm, and only on the third day did it become properly hot. It gave us the impression that the hot water system may not be maintained at an adequate temperature when there are fewer guests.
- We went to the children's playroom, where there were only three children at the time. We were told that the playroom was for children aged 4+ and that our 2-year-old child could not use it, although we had been there previously without any problems. They eventually let us in, but the situation was unpleasant and made us feel unwelcome.

These are especially important issues when staying at a family-oriented hotel with young children.

Resortul perfect pentru familii cu copii
Pros:

Activitățile pentru copii, piscinele, zonele de luat masa, mâncarea, proximitatea fata de plaja, plaja cu nisip si intrare lina in mare, conectivitatea cu celelalte hoteluri si stațiuni de pe coasta.

Cons:

AC-ul din camera avea posibilitatea sa fie reglat minim pe 25 de grade. Cald in camera, noroc cu nopțile răcoroase din Septembrie.

Ideální pro rodinu s dětmi
Pros:

Dlouho jsem přemýšlela, jestli dáme 9 nebo 10 hvězdiček, ale nakonec jsme se rozhodli pro 10 a to hlavně kvůli recepčnímu Vojislavovi, který nám pobyl opravdu zpříjemnil.
Hotel je skvělý, úžasný pro děti, pokoje byly čisté, jídlo vynikající.

Cons:

V celém hotelu není přebalovací pult, což mě na takovém hotelu docela překvapilo. Zároveň bych ocenila večeře už od 18:00, aby děti nejedli unavené.

Pros:

Viele Angebote für Kinder, tolle Pool-Landschaft, modernes Ambiente… Sehr viele Möglichkeiten sich auch bei Regen drinnen zu beschäftigen.
Schöner Sauna- und Fitnessbereich.

Cons:

Viel zu wenige Poolhandtücher (wir hatten glücklicherweise welche mit, sonst hätten wir tagelang ohne auskommen müssen). Personal lustlos und genervt (mit ein paar Ausnahmen). Spielplatz ohne Schatten.
Sauna nur 1x kostenfrei!
