Please note that from July 10, 2026 to July 19, 2026, the 36th edition of the ATP Plava Laguna Croatia Open Umag will take place at the Goran Ivanišević ATP Stadium in Stella Maris. During this period, higher levels of activity and increased visitor traffic are expected within and around the Stella Maris resort. Pros:

Величезна гарна територія готелю, дуже багато розваг для дітей, неймовірно смачна їжа. Ресторани виглядають гарно та сучасно! Номери комфортні, нічого зайвого.

Cons:

Нажаль, кондиціонер не працював весь час нашого перебування. Ми бронювали 2 номери і відпочивали з трьох місячним малюком. Температура в обох номерах була 27,5. Це недопустима температура для малюка. З цієї причини ми отримали недоспані ночі, так як температура повітря заважала нормальному сну. На рецепції нашу проблему пообіцяли вирішити, але ніяких спроб вирішити цю проблему не було. В номері не було засобів гігієни , окрім геля для душу. Волосся помити виявилось проблемою. Також була пліснява в ванній кімнаті. Якщо усунути ці недоліки, перебування в цьому готелі може бути дуже чудовим!

Das Hotel ist wirklich toll. Und das was alles inklusive ist und angeboten wird für die Kinder top!! Mit Familien mit Kinder wirklich sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder 😌

Hotel mit viel Potential welches durch das Management aber durch gute Organisation (Reinigung, Instandhaltung) ausgeschö
Pros:

Ein Hotel mit Licht und Schatten! Positiv fällt die sehr schick renovierte Lobby auf, das Essen ist gut und auch das Fitnessstudio sowie der Indoor-Pool sind wirklich top. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und sauber, allerdings hat unsere Klimaanlage ziemlich viel Lärm gemacht.

Cons:

Leider gibt es draußen große Defizite: Die komplett renovierte Poollandschaft ist optisch zwar schön, aber nicht durchdacht – das Wasser ist für mittelalte Kinder größtenteils sofort zu tief. Auch die Sauberkeit des Wassers und an den Pools und ließen stark zu wünschen übrig. Es wird überall geraucht: mit den üblichen Begleiterscheinungen: überall Kippen und unangenehmer Geruch.

Am Strand das gleiche Bild: Der Strand an sich ist schön, aber die Ausstattung ist teils katastrophal. Kaputte Liegen und Schirme lagen einfach ungepflegt in der Ecke. Viele überlaufende Mülleimer. Der Service sorgte direkt für keinen guten ersten Eindruck: Am Ankunftstag waren nachmittags die Pool-Handtücher leer. Das Ausgabepersonal zuckte nur mit den Schultern, die Rezeption hatte ebenfalls keine Lösung. Irgendwann riet man mir, Handtücher aus dem Spa-Bereich zu holen. Dort wusste man von nichts, sodass ich der völlig irritierten Spa-Mitarbeiterin die Situation erst selbst ausführlich erklären musste, um überhaupt an Handtücher zu kommen. Schade!

Fairerweise muss man erwähnen: Dies konnte aber im Laufe des Aufenthaltes aber auch durch andere nette und engagierte Mitarbeiter die deutlich professioneller waren teils wieder kompensiert werden.

Pobyt należał do udanych, napewno wrócimy.
Pros:

Hotel naprawdę zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki.
Pyszne urozmaicone jedzenie- dobrej jakości, miła obsługa, piękna okolica, dużo zieleni.
Wspaniałe animacje dla dzieci.

Cons:

Niestety jedynym minusem jest brak czystości/ higieny wokół basenu i na zjeżdżalniach.

Pros:

Das Haupthaus war neu und sehr schön. Angebot für Kinder sehr groß. Frühstück große Auswahl. Wenn man schnell ist bekommt man Handtücher für den Pool gestellt.

Cons:

Poolanlage dreckig überall Müll kaum Mülleimer.
Generell überall etwas schmuddelig. Handtücher für Pool gleich morgens aus, alle liegen reserviert mit Hotel Handtüchern aber keine Leute da. Essen an Poolbar nicht gut. Abfluss in der Dusche im Zimmer läuft nicht richtig ab. Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht unter 25 grad einstellen.

In generale tutto molto bene, lo consiglierei.
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto la qualità e la quantità di cibo disponibile nel buffet della colazione e cena.

Cons:

L'unica cosa che non ha soddisfatto è la pulizia e il riordino della camera e la pulizia della piscina.
Un punto a sfavore è anche la manutenzione della struttura.
Con la pioggia si è allagato il balcone e dopo due giorni era ancora pieno di acqua.
Dentro la struttura principale hanno posizionato dei secchi per l'infiltrazione dell'acqua dal tetto.
