Lækre faciliteter på polynasia, hotellet er flot indrettet, sådan wow.... Hele hotellet trænger til en ordentlig overhaling med renovering af både værelser og faciliteter, vores bruser sprøjtede ud på hele badeværelset, vi sagde det i receptionen, men det blev ikke udbedret mens vi var der. I både hotel pool og splashworld, var der mange løse fliser/maling og liggestolene var virkelig slidt.vi var i spaen og dette var virkelig fint også... Vi havde en skøn uge, personalet var meget venlige, smilende og gjorde deres bedste, maden var rigtig god (i forhold til at det var all inclusive) vi sad ude ved alle måltider og det var skønt i forhold til støj, indendørs har de gjort meget for at gøre spisesalen hyggelig, virkelig dejligt at se.der var mulighed for et købe bedre vine til maden. vi fik flere aftener veltilberedt fisk og der var altid noget slow cooked kød, som var virkelig mørt og lækkert. Der stod forskellige slags salt man kunne krydret sin mad med, virkelig fint at der var tænkt over det.Lørdag aften var skaldyrs aften med både muslinger, store pil selv rejer og grillede rejer, morgenmaden var også fin og med et stort udvalg. Snackbaren her var maden knap så god, ofte kold.,..der var de typiske all inclusive bæger is, men alt i alt var det en rigtig god oplevelse at besøge polynesia, og børnene var vilde med det

Pros:

Todo estupendo, el buffet bastante completo. El personal muy amables y siempre dispuesto para ayudar . La decoración y temática del hotel de 10. Nesecitas bastantes días para poder ver todo los rincones bonitos y entretenidos del hotel. La experiencia para repetir .

Cons:

Lo único y es como crítica construtiva es que deberían poner algunos tendederos en las terrazas para poder tender y secar las toallas o bañadores . Gracias

Cons:

La habitacion 027 tiene en el baño un problema de olor a desagüe continuo.Es desagradable e insano, transmite el olor a la habitación.
Y las camas no son del todo comodas.
Por lo demás excepcional, personal,comida piscinas...Gracias!

Buen hotel para familias
Pros:

Me encantó el Beach Club. Es un plus para el hotel, con su parque acuático y sus preciosas instalaciones. Es de pago, si no tienes la opción TI.

Cons:

El Gym tiene horarios muy reducidos y pocas máquinas Es algo a mejorar en un hotel de esta categoria.

If you don’t have kids I would advise strongly to not stay there.
Pros:

It’s really big and the pool club had a huge pool.

Cons:

The bar that is open evenings is filled with young children (8-12 midnight), it felt like a cafe (all lights on, kids running around, no music etc).
There is no area for adults.. even past 10pm.
Can’t drink in the pool.
States there is a lazy river, we couldn’t find it and staff couldn’t tell us where it was.

Comfortable beds, big space and I had a great nights sleep
Restaurant and food were beautiful and tasty 😋
We loved the food and all very clean and attentive staff
Amazing pool areas and beach club
I recommend the all inclusive so you have access to all areas and drinks of course
The animator's during the day were really nice and smiley
We loved our stay!

Cons:

The receptionist guy in the evening was not nice at check in, did not explain how things work, did not show empathy and we had a bad experience when we arrived.
But the rest of the staff was kind so I still give a 10 to this stay

Staff and good were good

Cons:

Location not great, in middle of no where cant walk anywhere. Pool was not great, cheap bedchairs, no atmosphere, all Inclusive drinks very poor. Only 1 restaurant open and entertainment wasn't great at all

Pros:

Waren fast überfordert von der Größe der ganzen Anlage. Waren nur auf der Durchreise ,zweit Tage . Sehr viele Menschen. Verteilt sich aber. Nur beim essen braucht man denn Überblick. Essen sehr fein und vielseitig. So vielseitig, dass wir es oft nicht begreifen konnten , wie manche Gäste mit dem Personal und den Lebensmitteln umgehen. Es musste so viel Weggeworfen werden.

Que las instalaciones de parque acuático ahí que darle ya un repaso , y por poner un pero echo de menos tanto en bañera como en ducha una manguera com micrófono por lo demás todo bien
